"Grace, you thought we forgot about you?" Randy asked her with worried eyes.
"I've been here, with John, for months I looked at you and Dean and you looked so happy without me, like even happier, so of course I thought you forgot about me," Grace said as she looked back and forth between Dean and Randy. "Wouldn't you have felt the same if it were the other way around?"
"No, I would have never gave up on my friends cause I know they care so much about me. I know you're a girl and you have so many insecurities, but your friends shouldn't be on the list," Dean said and gave her a stern look.
"Okay, calm down Dean. We just got our Grace back so no need for fighting. There is only need for a celebration back at my hotel," Randy said happily. He grab a hold of Grace's hand and pull her along gingerly while Dean follow behind the both of them. He was happy they got her back, but Dean was aggravated with her already and they've only were together for not even five minutes. He didn't care how Dean felt, though. If he doesn't want to celebrate, that's a bonus for Randy because he finally would get some alone time that he so desires to get.
Grace, Randy, and Dean all hop inside Randy's rental car and then they left. The drive there was quite. The air was still a little tense from Dean's and Grace's heated "argument." It didn't't last very long. Randy just had to drive straight for five minutes on the interstate and then take a left to get to the hotel. Dean hurried up and got out of the car and went straight inside and it left Randy and Grace alone together.
"Well, not even back for ten minutes and I already made someone mad. I can see why he was so happy without me. I wasn't there to cause him so many problems," Grace said sadly. All the emotions for the past year has all started to build up and she was about to have a mental breakdown, but she didn't' want anyone to see so she was going to wait until she was alone without anyone to interrupt it. They're only worse when people around her.
"Grace, forget about Dean. He clearly doesn't want anything to do with you, but that doesn't mean I don't," Randy said honestly. He reached out his hand and softly pulled her cheek close to him and he have her a small peck. He knew it didn't mean anything to her, because even if she couldn't tell, she was falling for Dean, and hard too."Let's get inside now Grace."
Grace nodded her head and open up the door. She slowly go out and then shut the door hard enough for it to close. She heard Randy's door close and then she walked over to him and they walked side by side next to each other until they got inside the building. The hotel was pretty loud until they entered the room. Grace looked up to see some of the divas and superstars hanging out in the lobby. All of them were surprised to see her back again, but in the tiniest way, they were happy to see that she was okay.
Randy slightly tugged her arm, suggesting they should go back to their rooms and she can talk to them later. They walked past Natalya and Tyson, they were arguing like normal. Then they were going to walk by Seth, but he stopped him.
"Oh, I see you finally saved the girl. It's funny cause I honestly thought that you have forgotten about her. It's a surprise, though. How could you forgot someone like Grace Savage? Oh, I know. She's over shadowed by her father. I'm not sorry to tell you this, you will never be as great as him,"Seth said mockingly. Randy was close to punching him, but Grace shooked her head no. He sign, but he just went along with her and they walked to the elevator. They went inside and Randy pushed the three button. The door closed and it left them in an awkward silence.
"Um, so, Grace, w-what did he um do to you?" Randy asked almost embarrassed about it.
Grace sign,"Well he raped me. I was tied up most of the time. I was also his personal assistant. All horrible things I guess you can say."
"He's going to pay for everything he has done to you Grace," Randy said and then the elevator opened.
Randy open the door to his room and let Grace inside and then he closed the door. Dean was sitting on the couch with a six-pack and some pizza. He had a movie set to play-The Avengers- and he was waiting for them come sit down with him.
Grace whisper to Randy,"At least he's willing to celebrate that I'm back," and then she sat down right next to Dean.
"Just so you know, Grace. I'm not celebrating you're back. You're not worth it to waste good beer on you," Dean said and then played the movie. Grace's heart sung a little. Before all of the thing with John happened, they were somewhat okay, and now that she's back, he was being so rude. What has happen to him since she's been gone. She gets that people can change in a few months, but that doesn't give the right to say those kind of things to her.
"Kneel before me! I said kneel," Loki yelled and he appeared in multiple places on the TV. That was one of Grace favorite scenes in the movie, bu it didn't' cheer her up at all. Normally when she's down she either sings or watch The Avengers. The movie just gives her so many "feels." Especially because she things Loki, Tom Hiddleston, and Thor are so hot. Singing lets her go in another world. She pours her emotions out with every song she sings. Grace decided she didn't want to "celebrate" anymore so she asked Randy where she would be sleeping and he pointed to the door on the right. She got up and went to her room. She saw some clothes on the bed for her and she changed into them. Then she pulled down the quilt and she got on he bed. She pulled the covers up and she was fast asleep.
Dream
"Oh, look you're back Grace," John said.
She was tied up on the bedpost with no clothes on. The side of her mouth had a towel in it so she couldn't scream to what he what he was about to do. John took his belt off and he put the two side of the belt together.
"You shouldn't have ran," John said and he began to hit her. The burning sensation made Grace scream out, but no noise came out of her mouth because of the towel.
The hits became harder and faster and Grace started to cry. She was trying to kick and scream, but all of the restraints. Her skin was starting to bruise and she could't take it anymore. Her lifeless body just lied there until John was finished. He realized he wouldn't be getting anymore response from her.
"That you make you think twice before you run away," John said and then slammed the door.
*End of Dream*
"Grace, wake up!" Dean yelled and shook her violently. Grace immediately raised up from her bed, frighten about the dream that she had of John. She had forgotten that Dean and Randy went and got her last night, but now she kind of wishes they wouldn't have saved her after the dream that she just had. Oh, and the fact that Dean was being so mean to her since she's been back.
"Hey," Dean said as he waved his hand in front of her face,"are you okay?" His tone sound genuine, but she knew if she told him the truth he would just tell her to suck it, so she just shook her head yes to get him out of her hair. "You're lying," he said as he got closer to her. "I honestly don't get it."
Grace facial expression was filled with confusion. She didn't know what he meant by that, and honestly she could care less what he had to say anymore. If he was going to be that way toward her then she could just give him the cold shoulder. Two can play at that game.
"Don't act so confused, Grace. You haven't even been back for a day and you already lied to me," Dean said.
"Oh, you're the one to talk. You've been a complete utter dick to me since I've been back," Grace sassed,"now go away."
"Fine then," Dean said and slammed the door.
Grace lied down on the bed for awhile, thinking about her dream that she had, thinking of Dean and Randy. Nothing ever goes right for her. Always getting the bad end of the stick. Then she watches everyone else and they're always so much happier than her, even if it is Natalya and Tyson. Grace just wants to go back home. Not the home where she lived by herself, but the one where her dad and mom is, but that will never happen because they're both gone.
"Can't something just go my way for once," Grace thought as she got out of the bed to dress up. She noticed that her old luggage was there in her room, next to the bathroom. She saw the note on the side saying that Randy went out and got her new make and other stuff and he also washed her clothes for her too. "He's so sweet," Grace said softly to no one in particular. She reached inside the bag and go her knee length dress that was completely red with a jean jacket, and a golden belt. She also got her bra and underwear too. She went to the bathroom to take a quick ten minute shower, dried and curled her hair, make-up, and then she dressed.
"Well, I look okay. I guess," she said as she looked into the mirror. She didn't stand there for long. She hates staring at herself for too long because she starts to second the stuff she has on and then changes. Grace grabbed the black heels inside her bag and then put them on. Then when she was finished, she left the room to the kitchen. Grace looked around to see where Dean went, but she didn't see him so she assumed he left or he's in his room, and she saw Randy sleeping on the couch so she didn't want to bother him. She walked inside the kitchen, looking at the food that Randy brought in last night, and it all looked kind of disgusting. All can food too, which made it worse. She reached out and grabbed the canned pears, and opened it with a can opener. Grace put the can down and reached into the drawer and grabbed a fork and then she went back to the pears and began eating them. She was careful with the juice, not wanting to get it on her expensive dress. She only ate haft of the can because she wasn't hungry anymore. While she was staying with John, he barely feed her, so her appetite isn't as big as it used to be. Just the thought of John sicken her to death. Now she just feels like throwing all of her food back up, but she kept in as long as she could. It wasn't very long, though. After five minutes she was running to the bathroom and puking her guts out. Randy came running to her after he heard her foot steps.
"Grace, are you okay?" Randy asked her.
"Yeah," she said quietly.
"Are you sure? Dean said you were crying and screaming in your sleep thing morning," Randy said.
"It was just a bad dream about John," Grace explained.
"What was it Grace?" Dean asked as he walked in the bathroom.
"I'm not telling you anything," she said.
"Grace, you have five seconds to tell me before I have your head," Dean said as he raised his voice.
"Why? So you can make fun of me and tell me I'm being a sissy! You're not the one that had to be beaten and raped by that man! I don't understand why you're wanting to know so bad considering you were being so mean to me once I got back!" Grace yelled.
"It's because I care about you!" Dean yelled back.
"Well, you have a funny way of showing it," Grace said and left them for her room. She couldn't believe Dean would say something like that. Especially because he doesn't treat like he cares about her. She's felt like garbage since yesterday, wait, take that back. She's felt garbage since the day John Cena abducted her and no one didn't even bother to try and save her until yesterday. As of this moment, she wishes she was still with John, Grace didn't feel like a burden with him. More like a puppet, but he still wanted her to keep him company.
"Hey, Grace," Randy said as he walked inside her room,"I thought you might want to go say hi to some of your friends."
"Like who? Last time I recalled I didn't have any," Grace said.
"You have me," Randy recalled.
"Are you sure? I feel like a burden rather than a friend," she said and then turned away from him.
"That's no true Grace. We really miss-"
"You really missed me," she interrupted him.
"Well, I really missed you and I just want to go spend time together. Just you and me," Randy said.
Grace thought really hard for a moment. Yes, she wanted to get back out in the world, but she doesn't want John to see her. On the other hand, she doesn't want anyone in general to see her because of the state of mind she's in right now.
"Please Grace," Randy pleaded her,"I will protect you from John and even the whole world if I have to. I just want to spend time with you."
"Okay Randy," Grace said.
She had no idea what she would be getting into.
****Later On****
"Grace, are you okay? I tried finding you, but you disappeared on me for a long time!" Randy yelled at her as they were trying to put her inside the ambulance.
"Sir, you're going to have to stand back," the paramedic said and then he shut the door. He knocked on the door, signalling to the driver that it was okay to go.
"I'm so sorry Grace," Randy cried out.
"Randy, what happen?" Dean asked as he walked up to him.
"I got carried away and knocked out the waiter and when I was finished with him, Grace was gone. I knew who took her because ___ and ___ has been leaving messages on my phone saying that she has little time left before their boss orders them to take her out. I tried hunting them down, but I could never find them," Randy said.
"Why would ___ and ___ what anything to do with her," Dean said.
"Because you told them too!" Randy shouted.
"Me?" Dean said in shock.
"You've been out to get her since day one. You don't care about her at all," Randy said.
"That's not true. If it were, why would I help you to save her from John? Huh, Randy? Why?" Dean said.
"Because you were waiting for you're chance," Randy said. He slowly got up from his feet, facing Dean. Looking at him directly in the eyes and he waited a moment and then he punched him in the face. The sound of Randy's hand connecting to Dean's face was horrifying. His cheek bones cracked when the impact happen. The pain look in Dean's face says it all.
***Before***
"Why did you take me here?" Grace asked as they walked inside the fancy restaurant.
"Well, I felt like we didn't get a proper welcome back party for you Grace, so I decided to take matters in my own hands rather than letting Dean just scream up the plans," Randy said.
She smiled a little. She didn't't expect anything like this from Randy, but that's what she liked about him. He wasn't predictable like Dean was or any other man she's ever met. John turned unpredictable, but not the unpredictable kind that she was into. Randy was sweeter than John. John was absolutely horrible. At first, she thought John was amazing. He was honest and he was true to others and himself. Then, she saw how vicious he could be in every possible way. She wasn't all that in to the pain. She hated it. She hated him, Dean, and everyone else. Randy wasn't so bad that. He does have a history of lying to her and that's what scares her about him. She doesn't know if what he's sayng to her is true or not, but that was the exciting part to her.
"Did you have some practice while I was away?" Grace asked.
"Practice with what?" He asked.
"How to talk to a lady," she said
"Only to you," Randy said and then he open the door up for her. Grace walked inside the restaurant and then Randy followed behind her. They waited a for seconds until the waiter came over and showed them to their table.
"What drinks can I start you out with?" The waiter asked.
"Red wine," Randy said.
"Make that two," Grace said and then she picked up her menu and looked at it.
"Wow,there's so many," Randy said astonished.
"Uh, yeah. We should get Chief Robert Irvine to come here and fix this place's menu! Oh, he would not be happy with this place," Grace said excitedly.
"You watch the cooking channel? Grace, you don't even know how to cook," he pointed out.
"So? I have to ge my entertainment somewhere," she said.
"Okay, you have a point," Randy said.
A few minutes later, the waiter returned with their drinks, then he took out his small notebook and pen.
"Are you ready to order?" The waiter asked as he stared down at Grace. Randy followed his eyes and saw him looking straight down at her boobs. He was livid at the thought of someone looking at her personal area so he stood up and punched him on the face.
"Randy! what are you doing?" Grace yelled and stood up quickly. She tried to tear Randy off of him, but she was pulled away by a strange man. She didn't recognize him at all and then the man started to pull her outside where no one was around. The lights shined bright on his face and now she immediately realized she needed to run, and fast at that.
"Nice to see you Grace," the man said.
"Seth, what are you doing?" Grace asked.
"Oh, nothing. i thought I would catch something to eat somewhere else, but then I saw you and Randy so I couldn't help myself so I decided to pay a little visit," Seth said.
"What's the real reason Seth?" She asked.
"You are the real reason," Seth said in a raspy tone and then he grabbed her and pushed her down on the ground. She squirmed underneath him, trying to pull out from under him, but no matter what she did, he wouldn't let go of her. After a few minutes, another man appear beside Seth, she couldn't make out his face because he was hiding from the light.
"Nice to see you finally make it," Seth said to the figure.
"I got caught up behind slow walkers," the man said.
"Wade, really? Slow walkers? Our boss isn't going to be happy if were late," Seth said.
"Whatever, we just need to finish the mission," Wade snapped. Seth slowly picked Grace up, helping her to her feet. He then clutched tightly on her right hand so she wouldn't run.
"What are you going to do to me?" Grace asked, but Seth and Wade just ignored her and Seth slowly dragged her to the dark alley. She started to hyperventilate because she knows what kind of stuff happens in dark alleys. She started to whimper a little as they got deeper inside.
"Shh... we'll make everything better," Seth said and then pushed her up against the wall.
Wade smirked at her, laughing at her state. He always knew someone would end up doing this to her, and he's glad it's him. Wade reached out his hand, and touched her cheek and gave it a soft rub. Then,he pushed Seth out of the way so he get to her in a less awkward position. "Don't Worry, Grace. I'll take good care of you." Wade pulled her shirt down, along with her bra. Her nipples were hard from the cold air hitting it, but it less time to have to turn her on. He bent his head down and nibbled on her boobs. He did a light bite on sensitive skin every now and then. . Wade was about to go farther along, but Randy came running behind them and took out Seth and Wade. He beat them until they were down. Grace hit her head really hard on the brick wall so when Randy got to her, she was out cold.Randy panicked; he told her he was going to protect her tonight, but he failed her. He pulled out his phone and called 911. He held her close to his chest until the paramedics showed up.***
Grace was out for a few hours. No injuries to her head. The doctors cleared her and then she was on her way back to the hotel with Randy. She didn't say anything to him. Grace was quite upset with the fact Randy telling her he'll protect her and then he picks a fight with the waiter, but she could only hope things would get better._____________
