Chapter 15:

Ian pov-
When we heard a gun shot go off, my first initial reaction was to pull out my gun to protect vixen but to my dismay I had left it tucked inside my locker. I look over to my brothers to find them all frantically searching for the girls but to then find them attempting to calm down everyone else including the PE teacher and get them all in a safe area. "Vixen! Do you girls know what's happening?" Raven asked them running up to them as we follow closely behind. "Yes. And if we don't act fast we're going to be putting not only us but everyone in this school right now at a risk of death." She says in a hushed but stern tone. As soon as she finished her sentence we begin to help shift everyone in the gym locker rooms.

"What on earth is happening out there? And why are you guys so cal-" Another hun shot goes off interrupting the gym teacher. "Look we are trying to save all your lives right now so please all of you try stay calm and shut the hell up ok?" Romano suddenly speaks up causing all the screaming to stop.

"Okay everyone stay here and do not move until you hear police sirens outside. Am I clear?" Deborah says to everyone and I see Romano admiring her for a few seconds but with the same irritated face he always has on but you could easily tell he felt different when it came to her but he just couldn't figure it out. "Okay. We need to go out there and act carefully because there's going to be about 10 bloodthirsty Russians in this building who have been given an order to kill us all. So do any of you guys have your weapons?" Vixen says leading us back into the gym hall.

"Uhh we left them in our lockers. I say we all split up and get them so we don't draw too much attention." Sebastian says eying up Jamie who looks completely unbothered. As if Seb could get with her. Ha. "For once Sebastian actually has a good idea. If only it wasn't his hormones speaking right now." Christian says rolling his eyes receiving a punch on the shoulder from Sebastian.

"Would you two cut it the fuck out. Deborah your with me." Romano says walking towards the doors and everyone looks at each other confused. "No please?" Deborah asks crossing her arms and raising an eyebrow at him.

He suddenly stops and huffs frustratingly turning around. "Please?" He asks looking down. "Better. Could you guys try not to die?" Deborah says running up to Raven as they walk out. Yep Romano is hooked. The dick never says please.

"Ok Ian and Maya, Chris and Raven, seb and jamie and I'll go by myself." Vixen says taking a gun out of her thigh pouch as all the girls do the same revealing a bunch of knives as well. When on earth did they get those? Before my brothers and I could argue Vixen runs off out of the hall looking angry. I swear if she gets hurt I'm blaming Seb. "Okay let's hurry. At this rate it's either us or them and I am not going to let it be us. We'll tell you everything when we're out of this hell." Maya says dragging me behind her. I'm not sure if I should be more scared of her or the Russians. I'm trained for this shit I'm in the fucking mafia for Gods sake grown up Ian.

"We'll see you on the other side."

Vixens POV-
As I make my way down the hall, I hear murmurs coming from from the corridors in thick Russian accents. "Если мы их не получим, у босса будут наши чертовы головы." I hear someone whisper while walking towards me. I quickly hide behind one of the many pillars waiting for the right time to pounce. Once they reach the approachable spot, I pull out my pocket knife and stab the one closest right between his eyes and then I kick the other one at the back of the knee in order to restrain her. "Better luck next time..." I whispered in her ear before knocking her out with my gun. I then tie her up with my shoe lace and stuff her in the closet opposite us to torture later.
(If we don't get them boss will have our fucking heads)

I step up and begin to make my way up to the top floor to see if any students or teachers were left behind. As I walk around I see a few dead bodies and a flash of guilt hit me like a load of bricks. None of these innocent people would be dead right now if it wasn't for me coming in and ruining everyone's lives. I guess that's the cost of finally finding peace in this world. I carry on walking when I recognised the schools PE uniform. I slowly bend down to get a closer look to see that it's a girl with brown hair with her face facing the other way. As soon as I saw her hair, my heart dropped in thought of it being Maya  praying that she hadn't gotten caught up in the fight. I begin to flip the body upward in panic to see that the girl was not Maya but instead-
*GUN SHOT*
"у меня есть она!"
(I've got her!)
