LILLIANNE could see Draco looking at her out of the corner of her eye, but she never dared to look back. After the intensity of their eye contact while she walked down the stairs, she didn't think she would be able to handle it if their eyes met once again.

She'd have to wait until later at the Ravenclaw party to look at him; at least then she'd be able to kiss him right after.

Part of her did wish that he would just come up to her and talk to her instead of just sitting alone at a table, but the Yule Ball wasn't exactly a great place to discuss a matter of lust.

She did also wish that he would just walk up to her, put his hands on her waist, and dance with her, but the Yule Ball wasn't a great place for that either.

Finally, the live music came to an end and the enchanted snow stopped falling from the ceiling.

The Yule Ball was over and it was time for the Ravenclaw party.

It was time to see how Lillianne truly felt - if it was just lust or something much greater.

Just like every other party, music blared from the speakers, lights flashed throughout the room, and drinks were accidentally spilled onto the floor.

The Ravenclaws had no hesitation in getting the party set up immediately once the Ball concluded, and of course, every student went in haste to the Room of Requirement once they were dismissed from the Ball.

It seem that everybody was there in that room, and Lillianne's eyes scanned it for Draco, but not once did she see any part of him.

"Do you see him yet?" yelled Aurora.

"No, not at all," Lillianne yelled back.

"Maybe he's with Blaise and Theo somewhere," Eloise suggested.

"Hey ladies," Theo walked up with a plastic cup in his hand and wrapped his arm around Eloise's shoulder. Blaise came up behind him with his shirt almost all the way unbuttoned and offered some of his drink to Aurora.

"Hey," Eloise smiled up at Theo, then looked around and saw that Draco was not with them. "Where's Draco?" she asked.

"Oh, he didn't come with us," replied Theo. "He said something about 'needing to think things over.'" He waved his fingers around in quotes.

"Yeah, you probably have an idea of what he needs to think over, don't you Lillianne?" Blaise said cryptically, eyeing her and smirking while he took a sip of his drink.

Lillianne exchanged glances with Aurora and Eloise and cleared her throat. "So is he coming to the party at all?"

"Don't know, he's not been in a great mood this whole night, so who's to say he's in the mood for a party," suggested Theo.

"Oh, great," Lillianne said sarcastically. "Alright, I'm going to try to find him," she said loudly to Aurora; the blaring music still made it difficult to hear.

"Okay, good luck," said Aurora hopefully.

Lillianne then walked away from the group and toward the door, to which she saw Pansy walk in from.

"Hey Pansy," she lightly tapped on Pansy's arm to get her attention, which only awarded her with a look of disgust from her. "Do you know where Draco is?"

Pansy crossed her arms and looked Lillianne up and down with disdain. "Funny you should ask. I figured you'd know since his eyes were glued to you the whole dance."

"Were they," Lillianne awkwardly chuckled. "I didn't even notice!"

All Pansy did was light into Lillianne with her own jealousy.
