It was again one of the regular sad days of Kim Taehyung. The pain after losing Jennie was too much for him to endure. He gave up on his meals and sleeps. He was weak. On the other hand Kim V was engaged forcefully to some random chick. He wasn't sure enough if he still liked Jennie or not but definitely he didn't like the girl to whom he was engaged to. Jennie was far better.
Taehyung was walking down the road after a tiresome day. The thought of going home and working again give him shivers. They gave up their mafia stuff and now we're a successful CEO of the Kim enterprises and the famous Lakmè cosmetics company.
He stopped at a regular Starbucks to grab a cup of cold coffee. After Taehyung received his order he started walking once again. Taehyung was about to unlock the gate of his house when he saw a familiar figure near his lawn. Who was it?
He came closer to the burly figure which got clearer with each step. His eyes widened as if it would pop out of it's socket. In front of him stood-
Kim Jennie?!
She was scrolling through her phone and was not aware of the surroundings. Taehyung had his mouth agape. He slowly approached her.
"J-Jennie?" he stuttered.
"Who are you? How do you know my name? Huh?!" she furrowed her eyebrows.
"Jennie! You d-don't remember me? I am T-Taehyung. K-Kim Taehyung. Your boyfriend." he was tearing up as he realised that her Jennie has forgotten him. How? What happened? Even though he didn't attend her funeral Tae was quite sure that he received her death certificate.

"Boyfriend? You've gotta be kidding' me. I am fucking single. Now if you don't leave I'll assume you as a stalker or something. LEAVE RIGHT NOW! OR I'LL SHOUT!" she raised her voice which echoed through the break walls of the silent deserted alley.
"But Jen-"
"I WILL SHOUT IF YOU DON'T!"
Taehyung found no chances of talking to her. She threatened him. She was not the caring, sweet and clingy Jennie. She was a violent one. He had so many questions to be answered. His curiosity at that moment was deadly but consequences didn't let him get his answers.
Taehyung hung his head low and walked towards the main gate of his house mouthing a sorry to her. He noticed her rolling eyes which shattered his heart into a million tiny pieces. While closing the gate he quickly took a picture of her through the thick painted metal grills without her noticing.
'Lost memories are forever lost. But, my heart is not lost Tae.'
