Wooing the warlock

Chapter 0:

Magus Suits is going to public school for the first time.
He has been homeschooled his whole life,so this is a new experience for him.

Now this seems like a normal thing,but the thing about Magus is that he is a warlock. His mom is a witch,while his dad is a normal human,so he's a half witch. He gained his mother's ability to use magic.
Though the type of magic is dependent on which card he has.
He has this quirk to use suit cards as a way to have extra magical abilities.
When he doesn't have a card with him,he is dependent on luck magic,which is a form of magic that manipulates luck.
This probably happen due to his father's lineage of gambling,and his father being a famous gambler.

Just because he is half a witch doesn't mean that he is weak.
His mother is a descendant from a goddess of magic,and a god of probability,and she is the head witch in charge.
And though Magnus won't be the head warlock in charge (due to his older sister Anima) he still is well respected along with the rest of his family.

Briar Watchman is a normal 16 year old girl that lives a fairly normal life.
Her dad is a lawyer and her mom is a carpenter. She has one older sister named Gwendolyn.
When a new boy attains the school,she develops a crush on him.
She keeps making move on him,but he is either ignoring them or just dense.
