Quirk Description: User can open a portal that transports them and whoever is holding their hand to anytime in the world. (Basically like Avengers Endgame)
Quirk Drawbacks: Ages quicker (Example: if the user jumps to another time and depending how long they are there they will be that much older), short term memory loss
