Quirk description: User can turn into a dragon that can breathe fire and fly. User can also just summon the dragon powers but takes much more energy away from the user. User has patches of scales on their body and horns on their head when not using the quirk.
Quirk drawbacks: Sore throat, burns, if used too much then will fall into a coma, anger issues
