Ingredients:

▪Eggs~2

▪Milk~1/2 cup

▪Baking Powder~1tablespoon

▪Castor Sugar~3 tablespoon

▪Salt~1 teaspoon

▪All-purpose Flour~1 cup

Method:

☆Beat all the ingredients to form a smooth batter

☆Heat a pan and grease with melted butter/oil

☆Pour 1 spoonful of batter per crumpet and cook till bubbles appear on the surface and underneath is golden brown.
