Chapter 3

I wake up before my alarm goes off and realize Brook is here so where will she go because my mom leaves to work at 4:00 am every morning. Brook is still asleep so I walk outside the room and call my mom.
Mom:hello?
Me:what do I do with Brook while I'm at school!
Mom:don't go to school today but please take care of Brook I'll be home at 4:30pm today so I'll see you then, i got to go byee!!
(Mom hangs up)
Well I'm happy I have no school but I have to babysit, but it's okay because Brook isn't that bad.I walk back into my room and start playing my xbox with the volume turned down to where you can barley hear it. it was 7:30 and I wanted to skate but didn't want to leave Brook by herself, so I just kept playing Call Of Duty Black Ops2. it was already 9am and Brook is still asleep! Is she okay? I think in my head. at 9:06 Brook woke up and said good morning Lauren, I'm hungry. I was hungry too so I told her to come with me to check the pantry. we have cereal, waffles, of poptarts I say. "It doesn't matter, what ever is fastest." she says. I pull out the toaster and put the waffles to cook ( I knew it wasn't fastest but I thought of something good) ding! The waffles ore done so I put two on her plate and two on mine, I grab a knife and Nutella and rub Nutella all over the waffles." is this Nutella?" Brook ask putting it in her mouth. yup do u like it? I say. she nods. We finish eating and I ask her what she wants to do and she said " I don't know but I'm bored!" I try to think of things we could do and Bingo!! I remembered I have a extra skate board, so we could go to the skate park!! Do you wanna learn to skate?I ask. "Yeah I always wanted to learn!" She says excited. I text my mom that were going to the skatepark grab our boards, then lock the door before we left. We were walking and we passed the family dollar. "can we buy something?" Brook ask.i don't have any money I say."remember your mom gave me that money I can buy us stuff because I have 36.77left"she says.okay.i say. we walk in and i got a bag of hot Frys and a watermelon Arizona and Brook got Cheetos and a coke, we paid and left. We finally got to the skatepark and there were about 12 people there. I told her to show me what she knew and she knows how to ride and that's all so we just rode for a few hours then got tired. it was around 4 and we were hungry so we walked home and made a oven pizza, Brook was still eating when I got a call from my mom.
Mom:* crying* LAUREN
Me:what happen are you okay?!
