Chapter 1: "Transferred Twins"

~ Background ~
Aether and Lumine, twin siblings that lived a somewhat normal life up until now. Never known to stay in one school, the twins are always being moved from different schools; they even stayed at Snezhnaya Academy for a month!
Our story brings us today to the twins making their last stop at Teyvat High; the richest and most prestigious school in Teyvat ( hence the name lol )

~ Normal POV ~

It is Monday, the first day of the school week. Aether and Lumine have been invited to tour Teyvat High, the widely known school in the whole nation. Up until this point, the twins went to school at Liyue Private Academy.

"I'm tired of moving schools! If we have to move again, I'm going to scream." Lumine said with a huff. Aether walked close to his sister and rested an arm across her shoulders.

"I know it's hard but I think this is the one. Remember our old English teacher Professor Chang the Ninth? He recommended this school for us so we should be fine." Aether said with a smile. Lumine still had a frown on her face.

"Yeah just like all the other recommendations we received? At Mondstadt Junior High that somehow was also a school for high schoolers, that botanical teacher Miss Flora? Or what about at Natlan High School? And Fontaine Academy for Hydro Visions? Oh and what about-" Lumine kept going off and Aether sighed loudly.

"Okay I get it!! We've been to a lot of places. But I promise you this is it." Aether said as he walked ahead. Lumine watched as her brother walked ahead and she followed behind.

~ At Teyvat High ~

"Wow! This school is so huge! It's like a castle." Lumine said looking at the school in awe. Aether was also looking in awe.

"The school literally is like it's own world. This is crazy!" Aether said.

"Amazing isn't it? Wait until you actually get inside~" The twins heard a sweet sassy males voice. They looked in front of them and saw a guy about 2 years older than them with an eye patch on his eye.

"Hello sir. This is my sister Lumine and I am Aether. We are here for a tour of the school." Aether said with a smile and Lumine still frowned. The guy looked from Aether to Lumine.

There isn't much resemblance...hmm I guess these are the two Jean were expecting today. The guy thought to himself.

"Nice to meet the both of you. My name is Kaeya. I am the vice disciplinary member on the committee. You can follow me." Kaeya said as he walked into the school. The twins followed as Kaeya opened the doors to the school.

Inside was totally different from the outside just as Kaeya said. You could smell real Teyvat cuisine inside, there was a huge fountain to meet you at the entrance, not to mention the huge chandelier at the top.

"Okay this must be a mistake- this school is WAY too expensive!! W-We only got recommended because of our grades and-" Lumine was saying as Kaeya put his finger to her lips. Aether got angry a little.

"Not just anyone gets into Teyvat High. Only the rich and smart get in and stay, it takes a positive mindset to make it at this school." Kaeya said with a charming smile and continued to walk. Lumine stood blushing lightly but soon followed Kaeya.

Okay I don't know what just happened but why would that guy flirt with Lumine right in front of me? Is he some type of ladies man? I have to watch for him.... Aether thought to himself as he frowned and joined the pair.

~ In Jean's office ~

"This is where you will meet our student council president Jean. She will call someone to be your tour guide for today." Kaeya explained.
