"No he wouldn't! He couldn't!" Aizawa shouted slamming his fist on the table.

"I'm sorry but we have solid evidence against him." Nedzu replied sitting back in his seat sipping his hot tea.

"Officer you may arrest him any way you see fit." Nedzu said following the police officer to Class 1-A with Aizawa and Allmight following behind.

The class was talking loudly and laughing at Denki's jokes. Everyone stopped what they were doing.

The police office went to Izuku and grabbed him with force and put handcuffs on his wrists.

Everything went into chaos with his classmates yelling at the injustice. But it was justice and Izuku knew this.

"Izuku Midoriya you are under arrest for the actions as the leader of the Dragons Mafia gang." The officer announced to Izuku in authority.

"Those damned rats!" Izuku yelled as the officer grabbed a fist full of his hair and slammed his head against the desk.
Gasps could be heard from everyone, was Izuku really a mafia leader.

The officer grabbed his wrists and dragged him away from everyone. "Wait what do you mean those damned rats?" Aizawa asked stopping the officer and Izuku.

"I was ratted out by one of my members. I swear I'll fucking kill them for this." He growled as the officer harshly forced Izuku out of the room. Everyone followed them to the police car and kept shouting that they had the wrong person.

"Shut the hell up! They caught me it's not like imma beat in a week." Izuku shouted as he was forced into the police car.

"Wait so he really is a mafia leader?" Uraraka sobbed into Todoroki's chest. Todoroki waa fuming with anger that the had caught his best friend. No matter what Izuku had done Izuku was his best friend. He'd get Izuku out if that meant Endeavor went bankrupt!

Bakugou was happy smirking evilly. Finally they had seen Izuku for what he was. "Why are you smirking? We just lost a friend?!" Kirishima sobbed in anger at his best friend.

"Because everyone can see how he really is. He's been hiding stuff since middle school." Bakugou laughed then walked to the classroom.

Aizawa followed the police car with All might with him. They'd get detective naomasa Tsukauchi on the case if he wasn't already.

As they got there naomasa Tsukauchi was already there interrogating Dragon members that had ratted Izuku out. They saw Izuku on top of a person beating them to a pulp. Blood was going everywhere as police officers were trying to get Izuku off the person.

"You fucking rat!" He shouted pulling a gun from the back of his uniform that the cops hadn't found from the pat down. Izuku held the gun, cocked it then shot the person right between the eyes. Officers grouped on to Izuku trying to get the gun away.

Izuku was tased and went unconscious due to the pain. From what Aizawa and Allmight saw they finally realized that Izuku was in fact what they didn't want. Aizawa was crying softly due to the fact that he had lost his problem child.

Allmight just stood there in shock. He had lost his successor and his child. He knew he was lying about something but not this. He had never expected this.

Izuku was taken to a holding cell until he regained consciousness. Which was about thirty minutes then he was brought into the interrogation room.

"I have a lying detecting quirk so we will know when you lie. You can have a lawyer present or not your choice." Naomasa said in authority.

"When I get sent to prison, don't think I won't be getting out sir." Izuku said

"And who will get you out if I may ask?" Naomasa asked

"Well that would be the son of Endeavor. Shoto Todoroki sir." Izuku smirked and ran his hand through his thick long dark green hair then leaned back in his seat coolly and calm.

The door blasted open and there stood the general of the Japan military.

"You will not be interrogating him any further, instead of prison he will come with me and become my soldier." The general said calmly.

"W-wait! Seriously?" Naomasa asked in shock.

"Hey.... Dad..." Izuku said nervously
