"Oh goodness no..after all you could be a spy from another pantheon trying to destroy my empire.." he laughed and walked over to his throne. "I think you might think the same thing if you were the only royalty here as well. I have many allies yet many enemies as well.." he smiled as he opened the ouch pulling out a small feline figure made out of gold.Lynx eyes the statue suspiciously as he walked away from the pillar. “Fair enough, I don’t blame you I would be worried for your empire if you weren’t cautious. So may I ask what are your plans for me?” He said his hand wrapping around his lamp ready to defend himself if needed.

His eyes scanned the other before he sat down crossing one leg over the other. "Well..I need to keep an eye on you since I can't just let you roam around freely." His eyes glowed slightly as the figure's eyes glowed a faint blue. "Looks like you're going to have to be under my watch until I can trust you enough.."“So I’m just going to stay here with you? What stopping me from just escaping.” He said his eyes turning a faint lavender color as he said this, almost to be challenging him. He didn’t know what that statue could do and didn’t know if he could risk finding out.

"Well many things for one..like an angry goddess along with a demigod hunting you down.. multiple powerful enemies coming after you.You wouldn't really like that now.." he said with a bit of a threat in his tone before the figure disappeared from his palm.Lynx hand slowly went away from his lamp “Hm fair enough...I do ask something could I have a change of clothes? Mine are too hot for this weather. So what plans do you have for me?” He asked running a hand through his hair nervously.

Kaiba's eyes went back to normal. "Good..yes selma go fetch them some new clothes.." Selma nodded her head before leaving to get some new clothes. "So..I'm thinking of a purpose for you..since I don't really know much about you..you may be useful."“I’ll answer a few questions though I can’t promise they’ll be answers you like.” He said leaning against a pillar tying his hair up to help with the heat. He rolled up his sleeves showing his tattoos covering both of them, along with what looked like would gold cuffs on his wrists it looked as if there was no way to get them off.

"Well..first off what are you?" He tilted his head to the side before summoning a small orb in his palm. Shortly after he asked this, Selma came back with robe-like skirt(idk what it is) similar to kaiba's but white. "Here's the clothes you requested.." she hummed.“I am what you call a escaped genie.” He took the clothes with a smile “Thanks you for the clothes where can I change?” He asked looking around."Over there" he pointed to a nearby door leading into a storage room. "Ah..I haven't heard of a genie in a long time.." he hummed.

“Mhm we are rare nowadays.” He said going in and coming out, the outfit was a bit more revealing for his normal taste but it fitted him like a glove so he didn’t complain as he walked back over “Though I will grant you no wishes.”"I have everything I ever wanted. I see no use for you granting wishes..you seem more of a protector.." he hummed standing up walking up to him examining him. "If I trust you enough..you can become my bodyguard.. depending on how well you fight.."Lynx smirked “I fight quite well, I have lived longer then most I’ve had a lot of time to practice.” He said watching him as he examined him, he couldn’t help it as his heart raced as he felt his eyes all over him.

"How interesting..well I can tell that you have powerful abilities.." he purred playfully poking him on the cheek before walking around him. "Follow me to your room I suppose.." he mumbled.Lynx jumped in surprise and chuckled a bit before nodding, he was unsure about all of this so stayed cautious of Kaiba for now “Lead the way then.”
