Lynx raised a eyebrow trying to figure out what is some important “Is there something wrong?” He asked curiously.He went silent before using his magic to burn the letter and he angrily stomped his foot. "Tch..I'll show you that I'm rightfully pharaoh!" He shouted.

Lynx flinched a bit and was a bit surprised, he didn’t know what to say so he stayed quiet as he waited to Kaiba to calm down.Kaiba inhaled before he turned to lynx. "I'm sorry you had to see that..haha" he nervously laughed before summoning an orb into his hands. "Mother are you there? I must speak with you.." he mumbled and the orb turned a bright blue.

“It’s alright, don’t worry I’ve seen worse.” He said with a small smile, watching as he tried to contact his mother.The orb glowed faintly. "Yes dear what is it?" a woman's voice spoke from the orb. "That stupid son of anubis's is at it again! He sent me a letter to congratulate me and then just tell me that the position of pharaoh is already taken!" He growled as his eyes began to glow yellow in anger. "I thought we had a talk with his father about his children before..I'll deal with this.." she sighed.

Lynx leaned against the wall and watched this, he looked around feeling as if his mother could also see him. He was a bit afraid but did his best not to show it."Also..who's this new fellow?" She hummed as the orb floated over to lynx. "Is he a new sorcerer of yours?" Kaiba crossed his arms. "He arrived yesterday..and he's going to becomes my personal bodyguard.." he huffed. "I'm glad that someone is helping to take care of my son..he's been so lonely for a long time."

Lynx smiled at the orb bowing his in respect “My name is Lynx pleasure to meet you.” He said still leaning against the wall “I will do my best, my main challenge is trying to him to get up in the morning.”Kaiba blushed brightly as his mother giggled. "Hey! You had to the choice to let me sleep!" He hissed. "Oh.. I see well I'm gonna leave now..see you later son!" She chirped and the orb disappeared.“Mhm and you had the choice to get up when I asked.” He said with a smile, walking back over to Kaiba.

Kaiba glared at him as the other walked to him. "You didn't have to say that in front of my mother.." he whispered.Lynx sighed softly “I’m sorry if I made you upset” he said ruffling his hair playfully.His ears flattened as he moved his head away from his hand. "Not the hair.."Lynx nodded and pulled his hand away, running a hand through his own.

He hummed as he walked out the door of the palace and reading the rest of the letters setting them to the side once he was done. "Goodness..everyone was to congratulate me..and I barely know any one of them.."“Well from what I can tell you’re doing a great job.” He said softly, looking around. He wasn’t used to such calmness.

Kaiba smiled proudly and put his hands on his hips. "I guess I did do a great job" he said purring softly. "Hm..I guess today I'm gonna go down to the pool.." he mumbled.Lynx blushed thinking if Kaiba at the pool quickly hiding it “Would you like me to come with or do you want to go by yourself?”"I mean sure if you would like to come with me." He smiled and began to walk down the stairs stopping half way turning onto a side path.

Lynx took a moment to weigh his options, he went with the clear one and followed Kaiba jogging over so he wouldn’t get lost in the palace.Kaiba made his way over to the large pool and hummed as he took off his bracelets and chest piece setting them to the side. He took of the skirt-like robe revealing the shorts underneath. He sat down on the side of the pool putting his feet in the cold water. Lynx took off his shirt like robe as well, getting into the pool and sighing in relaxation “You should get in the waters great.”
