Scrapped ideas
1. Len was originally written as a yandere so that's why he has yandere tendencies in the beginning of the story (Ex. Len biting MC to keep her to himself, watching her sleep, always watching her in class before they even started talking.)
2. Len was going to be kind of a tsundere or I was even going to write him as a straight up jerk but I thought he'd be too much of an asshole (because of how I was going to write him) that I'd get annoyed with his character

3. MC's sibling was going to be Zatsune Miku but I thought that'd be too confusing since Hatsune Miku would be a vital character in the story
4. Gakupo was originally going to be a teacher at MC's high school besides just Luka
5. There was going to be a whole filler chapter where MC, Len, and his vampire friends help Luka and Gakupo get together
6. Luka was originally going to be written as part of the main group and would be a vital character. She'd be the only teacher to know which students were vampires and help keep secrets from the school, but I changed my mind since the story would hardly take place at school.
7. I almost wrote Len as a delinquent in school but I rather him be a wanted criminal lmao
8. MC was going to be in an arranged marriage (I never decided on which male vocaloid)
9. Referencing the last scrapped idea, MC was going to be in an arranged marriage because I was going to write this fictional world as one where people are extremely cautious about vampires and make sure their partners aren't vampires so their offspring aren't Dhampirs.
10. Mikuo was going to be MC's boyfriend before Len.
11. The setting was going to be in Japan but I don't know much about Japan geographically speaking. I know more about North America since I was raised here in the states so I kept it as a generic town.
12. Kiyoteru was going to be Miku's arranged fiancé but I felt like he wasn't really a popular male vocaloid so that's why it ended up being Gakupo
13. The necklace Len gives to MC was originally going to belong to Mary Rose (Len's first one-sided love) instead of Rin
14. Miku and James we're actually going to be written as a couple but I just had them have a friendly relationship
15. I was so close to having the vampire characters' tears be painful since tears are basically water but I found that to be such a stupid idea and it makes me laugh just thinking about it like how frustrating would it be to let out your emotions to it being absolutely PAINFUL like jesus what was I thinking lmao
