The punch doesn't seem to faze Miles all the much as he moves his jaw and quickly delivers another punch to the guy. I run but my legs don't seem to go the speed as their punches and I hope I don't get there too late.

The guy seems lazy with his moves like they don't seem as calculated as Miles's. Miles is able to block a punch by ducking and pushing the other guy into the truck gaining more attention from others where they either stay out of it because of fear or get into it by recording and cheering.

I move through the crowd that has moved in surrounding Miles and the guy. The hit against the truck sends the guy into a dizzy state which Miles takes advantage of by punching him where he can. The guy's face starts to get unrecognizable as blood drips from his eyes, nose, and mouth onto Miles's hands and clothes. The guy starts pushing Miles off but Miles just starts going for his stomach.

"STOP MILES" I try to scream knowing the guy is done.

Miles turns and at first, he's unrecognizable to me. He's growling with his eyes enlarged, his teeth seething, and his hands balled to the point where they're white and red. He relaxes when he sees me and his eyes turn glossy but he doesn't say anything.

I look over him but none of the blood on him is his and is only from the guy who now looks unconscious. He takes a step to me but I instantly take a step back seeing the hurt that starts to show itself.

I wanted to uncover it but now I'm scared. I'm wrong because one look away and the guy is back with a punch that sends Miles all the way back and onto the ground. I don't think and my legs do the talking as they run to Miles.

The guy is quicker than me as I try to break them up while they go back to fighting each other. Then they start going for one another's necks looking for weak spots on each other's bodies.

Miles is able to get to his neck when I get in front of him to stop him from killing the guy. Slowly Miles lets loose of him as I put my hand on the arm that's holding the guy and I can feel the bulging of Miles's arm.

I read the situation wrong again when the guy is set free and he goes for me. I didn't think he would but I was wrong. The guy looks at me making me tear my eyes from Miles and look to the guy that looks like a dark entity took over him.

I smell the alcohol flowing off of him making me scrunch my nose in disgust. I think this is what angers him the most because before I even know it the guy backhand slaps me into the truck.

My head hits the truck and everything goes blurry. I fall to the floor as splotches of white and black start taking me from where I am. I fight it best I can.

Now Miles is furious and I know I can't do anything to stop him. One. Two. Three. Four. Five. And so on until Miles's punches get the guy onto the floor where Miles jumps on top to deliver one last blow that drives the guy into unconsciousness or maybe death who knows.

Miles comes to me while my sight darkens and all I can see is the crowd, Miles, and the stars in the sky. Once Miles is close he crouches lifting me up bridal style and walking as the crowd disperses from around him. I look up seeing Miles's face stone-cold showing no emotion or weakness. We enter the parking lot and Miles lays me on a cold stone bench.

He only leaves for a second before he's back with the motorcycle helmets. I can feel myself come in and out of consciousness while I try to fight sleeping. My head kills me as I cough out from pain making Miles look down at me in worry. He caresses the side of my face while soothing me into a sleep I hope I wake up from.

My cough doesn't last long and Miles is able to put the helmet on me while he puts on his. Once again he picks me up bridal style and holds me the same as his bike comes to life. I lay in front of him in bridal style while he tries to hold the bike handles and me.
