4.-First Day of Classes-

The next day, Lyra woke up to Maya pouring a freezing cold glass of water on her. "What the fuck Maya!" she exclaimed waking up from her peaceful sleep.

"What?, you wouldn't wake up when I called you?" She shrugged.

"What so you decided to pour water on me?" She exclaimed as she headed to the bathroom for a shower. "What happened to just a little shake on the arm or pulling the blankets off me?" She questioned waving her arms in the air

"Ya like that would work." maya scoffed rolling her eyes as she knew that wouldn't wake her up.

"Well next time don't pour water on me or you'll have to sleep with one eye open." she warned with a wink before closing the bathroom door for her shower.

Maya sat there with wide eyes before shrugging her shoulders, pretending to see a bluff in her words, and got dressed. There was no bluff.

After Lyra got dressed in her uniform, applied a bit of makeup, not too much, and brushed her hair, leaving it down for the day, she and maya headed for the great hall before classes.

Walking through the great hall, Lyra spotted Ben and Jackson sitting at the gyffindor table. "Alright dickheads?" She asked as they turned towards her.

Ben rolled his eyes "yeah, great thanks." he retorted.

"No I actually don't care, I just wanted to call you both dickheads" this earned another eye roll from Ben. Lyra smiled pinching his cheek before turning to Jackson.

"What does the great Jackson have for breakfast this morning ?" She questioned with a smirk.

"French toast with maple syrup, toast with jam, cereal and a bit of fruit" he replied with his mouth stuffed with food.

"Jesus and you judge me for my food intake." she said eyeing his plate.....or plates full of food.

She started to grab some toast for her breakfast when yet again she felt a pair of eyes on her from the teachers table. Smirking to herself she turned and looked up at Remus, who already had his eyes on her. She smiled and nodded at him before he did the same, with a hint of a blush spreading on his cheeks because she caught him staring. He looked better than yesterday she noticed. But she reminded herself that it was none of her business and averted her eyes back to her plate, smiling to herself that she caught him staring.

After she ate, Mcgonagal came around with her timetable for the year. "Ahh.. look who it is Benny, our favorite teacher, Minnie." she and Ben smirked as Minnie handed her them their time tables.

"Lovely to see ye, Miss Diggory, Mr Thorne." Mcgonagal sighed with a hint of sarcasm in her voice.

"Is that sarcasm I hear?" Ben said pretending to be shocked as he looked from Minnie to Lyra.

"I think I heard it too Benny boy." Lyra faked shock as well "well I never, is Minnie, our favorite teacher, being sarcastic about loving to see us?" Minnie simply rolled her eyes at them with a small smile tugging at her lips before turning to walk away.

Lyra turned to Ben knowing that they're taking the same classes "So Ben, what are our classes like this year?"

"Well my dear friend, we start with potions today," he started which Lyra pretended to gag at, he chuckled before continuing, "Then we have a double defense with the new teacher."
