The Bakusquad was out on one of their excursions when Bakugo started not feeling well. He'd run out of heat suppressants that morning but he didn't think it'd matter so soon. He was so very wrong.

"Kat? You alright?" Kaminari, the groups token omega, unlatched himself from Sero's arm to check on Bakugo earning him a small whine from his alpha

"'M fine." Bakugo let out a small huff as he pulled off his jacket, it was starting to get unbearably hot but he didn't want to leave since he'd carpooled with Kirishima and that would mean he'd have to leave early too.

"Your face is flushed, are you getting sick?" he dug through his bag for a bottle of water, handing it to Bakugo "Here at least drink some water."

No one in the group knew Bakugo was an omega, everyone had just assumed because of his demeanor that he was an alpha. That never stopped Kirishima from developing a crush though. A/A relationships were pretty rare but not completely unheard of and he'd always held out hope Bakugo felt the same, noticing that he could get away with things the explosive blond would blow others up for trying.

Mumbling a thank you Bakugo took the water bottle downing it in seconds much to the group's surprise.

'Wow the last time I saw someone do that was when Denks was in heat... wait...' Sero grew concerned for his friend, 'is Kat... an omega?' He pulled Kaminari close, handing him some cash from his wallet "Baby why don't you and Kat go get some ice pops? He's probably just overheating." He used the same excuse he remembers Bakugo using the other a couple of times he was probably about to go into heat.

"Okay! Do you want one too?" Kaminari smiled, he always loved ice pops

"I'm alright thank you love." Sero ruffled Kaminari's hair, smiling as the boy bolted off with Bakugo in tow. He and Kaminari had only recently become an item and before he knew next to nothing about omegas but once they'd gotten together he realized quite quickly how little he knew and took it upon himself to learn as much as he could.

"Mina would you go grab some drinks from one of the food stands? I'd go but you know how Denks flips out if I'm not where he saw me last." Sero pulled out a couple extra bills and handed them to his friend "I'll have an orange Fanta. Denks'll probably want a sprite."

"I'll take a BigRed!" Kirishima smiled brightly

"What should I get Kat?" Mina stood up and grabbed her bag

"He likes lemonade if they have any. If not, just get him some Dr. Pepper." Kirishima always paid attention to what Bakugo would get any time they were out so he could surprise him with little things when they'd hang out.

"Sounds good. Be right back." Mina bounded off toward the food stands leaving Sero and Kirishima alone

"Kat and Denks will probably be back soon so I don't have much time to explain all my reasoning for this but I'm pretty sure Kat's an omega." Sero kept his voice down to make sure no one but Kirishima could hear him.

"What? Wait... what makes you so sure?" Kirishima looked at Sero in disbelief, Bakugo was an alpha... wasn't he? "Wouldn't Denki have noticed?"

"It's a lot of little things. Honestly I wouldn't have noticed if it weren't for Denks doing a lot of the same things, but do you really think he's even paying that much attention?" Sero was unsurprised that Kaminari himself hadn't noticed, being particularly dense in nature. "How long did it take for him to figure out I liked him even though I was being anything but subtle?"
