was walking in the middle of the road.
Little Sally,
Clearly didn't know better.
Little Sally,
Only four was lying on the Earths floor.
Little Sally,
Just wanted to play.
Little Sally,
No longer was able to go inside.
Little Sally,
Never could recover.
Little Sally,
Why must you have played in the middle of the highway?
Little Sally,
Has gone far away.
Little Sally,
You have been replaced.
Little Sally,
You were never missed.
Little Sally,
Stuck in place where she was ran over.
Little Sally,
Your dear parents aren't sorry.

Little Sally's parents had neglected to take care of Sally, her parents didn't want her because she wasn't what they expected she'd look like. So they pushed her outside and told her to play with the big toy cars. Which resulted in Little Sally, getting ran over and she wasn't sent to heaven or hell so she was stuck in the highway where she died. Her parents weren't sorry about her death.
