Schezo was now hooked up with some wires. Flowers surrounding his body. All roses, all different colors.
Satan held Schezo's hand. "Please don't die... Please don't die.... Please don't die...."
Schezo looked at him. "It's fine Satan. Everything is fine. Even I'll do fine.... It hurts right now, but after it ends, I'll be safe, and everything will be okay..."
Satan didn't say a thing.
"Although I lost this battle, I think I've gone a long way for a disease like this...... I have one last thing to say...."
He held his shoulder. "I love you..."
Satan held the hand that was on his shoulder. "I love you too Schezo...."
His heart stopped.
"Schezo...?" Satan shook him. "SCHEZO..?! NO NO NO NO NO NO NO! YOU CAN'T GO JUST YET!" He picked him up and held him close. "Schezo....!" He teared up and sat down, still holding him
Arle sat by him. "He's gone Satan. He's just a memory now."
"NO! HE CAN'T BE DEAD YET! THE DISEASE WAS SUPPOSED TO LAST MONTHS OR YEARS, NOT JUST A FEW DAYS! I REFUSE TO BELIEVE THAT SCHEZO HAS PASSED AWAY!"
"Well, he's safe now, and he's not hurting anymore."
"I know that.... I need some time alone."
"Okay." Arle left the room. It was just Satan now, with Schezo's body. "I'm sure you'll do fine Schezo....." He set him back in the bed.
Then he coughed up a petal of a flower.
