The weekend felt much longer than usual. Maybe it was because the anxious feeling, burning me to my core had my nerves shaky and my mind wandering faster than I could comprehend. In other words, Monday was going to be the big day. I could instantly tell as soon as Bryan's car pulled into the schools parking lot. I checked the passenger rear view mirror when I got out, brushing my hair from my face and putting on a weary sigh. Recently I've been sighing so much.

Bryan reached down and collided our hands together, folding his fingers around mine. I glanced at him who smiled charmingly.

"You don't say...you're not, nervous are you?"

"Maybe I wouldn't be if people weren't calling me the next twenty seconds of your life." I explained truthfully, looking over at the horizon of teenagers flooding the school doors, some already stopping to look at us.

Bryan's eyes flickered with some emotion but I couldn't decide what it was until I felt him pull me closer by the small of my back. He leaned back until he was pressed against his car, me pressed against him. He smirked his infamous smirk and lowered his head, his lips aligning with mine yet barely touching. He just stayed there, his cool minty breath rippling against my sensitive lips. If I didn't know any better I'd say he was teasing me.

"They can't count since twenty seconds was blown the first time I even saw  you." And he kissed me, almost too slow to my liking. Or maybe I was counting the seconds slowly in my head. He stopped after a good minute just to retract my hand in his and continue to drag me towards the school entrance.

My lips throbbed sensationally and my tongue licked over them continuously. I tried to brush off the shivers running up my arm and back as we finally stepped into the main hall, the thick crowds of teenagers and their noisy mouths engulfed us.

"Yo!" A guy wearing the school football jacket came walking up towards us, his hand automatically extending out to slap Bryan's. The two exchanged a few amount of vividly detailed topics before I became involved.

"This is?" The football player I learned whose name was Kix, said as he directed a finger to me.

"My boyfriend." Bryan smirked and Kix nodded in agreement. "I know that, what's his name though?"

"Aidan." I intercepted before Bryan got a chance to say it. "His name is Aidan." I smiled.

Kix only grinned before telling Bryan and I both that he'd catch up with us at lunch. I watched as he nearly jogged down the hall just to catch up with some girl who'd ignored him faithfully when he greeted her good morning. Probably his girlfriend or ex.

"See...Kix loves you already." Bryan grinned as we continued to walk, eyes turning to glance at us.

"That's one out of a hundred." I snorted and Bryan fingered the hoops of my pants, pulling me to his hip.

"Don't tell me you care about what people think of you?" This time he was serious, dropping all teasing effects.

"I care about what people think of us." I glanced at him for a second before looking forward at the heated glares a few cheerleaders were giving birth to. I rolled my eyes at them and pressed my self closer to Bryan. Bitches.

"I'm hot...you're definitely hot. People are going to look and think. Some thoughts go into details that equal a homemade porn video if you know what I mean." He chuckled against my ear. "If you're worried about my rep., you're my present and my future. The others are my past. Kay?" He squeezed my shoulder as we neared Eva and the other two.

I turned to face him, kissing him on his chin. "Okay, but let's not rush any further."

"Of course." He winked and slowly walked backwards until he swerved around and greeted a group of boys calling for him.

"Something you wanna tell us?" Evan was the first to talk, her lips pouted and her eyes narrowed. She broke out into a smile and hugged me sweetly.

"It's official. The relationship." I hunched my shoulders.

"You didn't have to tell us that for us to notice." Britney tilted her eyebrows up and placed a hand on her hip.

"You guys are the talk of the school." Mackie informed. "Maybe even the worst couple."

"Mackie!" Evan turned to her with a gasp.

"I'm sorry!" Mackie apologized. "That's what people are saying...but they're just jealous, trust me. Especially the people who got turned down by Bryan when they asked him out." She nodded.

"I could care less you know?"

"You shouldn't care at all, because if someone steps to you I'm going to crush them with my stilettos." Britney pointed to her purple heels which had a spiral pattern of fire running across the toe.

I laughed sharply as Mackie scolded her for saying that.

I loved these girls already.
