Prologue: I Hate Your Goddamned Guts

The couple was married March 3, 1995 by a lake in London, Ohio. A large ceremony with more than 500,000,000 guest, friends and family. After all the prince had finally found his mate.
Melinda had long golden brown hair that traveled in a silky stream to mid-back. Her tan skin and bright green eyes contrasted perfectly making the 5'9 teen look like a goddess. An electrifying air radiated off of her and her piercing gaze saw straight thought to your soul.
The prince, standing at a great 6'7 with dark brown hair and brown eyes that caught every girls attention, couldn't of wished for a better mate. Gorgeous, funny, caring, strong, honest, trustworthy, stubborn and a little bullheaded. All the qualities of a good Luna. To sum it all up she was just... perfect.
Melinda held secrets clasped in her hands, locked away for no ones eyes to see. A shadow blanketed over her past blackening it along with the things she had done. Along with the things she would do yet to come.
A price must be paid with every mistake. Mistakes were the only decisions that made up Melinda's life so far and she wasn't going to change for the better.
Prince Philip and the princess built upon the false relationship, man made by Melinda herself, and continued to live as a happy couple.
Two months later a small bump formed on her stomach and Melinda found herself even more attached to the prince. The news spread excitement throughout the packs and in the mean time the princess forgot all about her mission.
To kill the prince. To kill her mate.

"Cherity! Let's go! You're going to be late for school! Again!" Rolling my eyes I stepped in front of my mirror.
Looking myself up and down, I examined my body. Average height, curves beyond belief (but in a good way), small flat stomach.
Stepping closer I took in my facial features. Dirty blonde hair running down my back and spilling over my shoulders, dark brown trimmed eye brows, big hazel green eyes lined perfectly with liquid eyeliner and long eyelashes with mascara causing them to curl upwards. Small light pink lips and acne along my cheeks and nose accompanied the others.
Slamming my hand on my mirror so that it covers my face, I grumble under my breath. "Not every werewolf is gorgeous Cher."
Refusing to look at myself any longer, I turned towards my bedroom door. Grabbing my bag on the way out I headed downstairs.
"When I tell you to hurry up it doesn't mean finish taking your time trying to get pretty, it means for you to get you tiny little butt moving down them steps." I look into the face of my mother.
Jet black hair, tan skin and hazel eyes. We look nothing alike. I think of my dad. Brown hair and bright blue eyes. Nothing. I resemble nothing of them.
Her brow furrows as I realize I've been staring intently at her face. "Hun? You okay there?" Worry coated over her voice as her eyes, searched my face.
Without saying a word, I slipped out the front door and started the agonizing walk to Crimson High. Home of the Red Raiders. Most prestigious school in this area and populated by two rival packs. Incubus and Darklight. Its safe to say that its not exactly- safe.
Surprisingly there are only two humans that attend currently so wolves just run free. Literally. Sometimes we even have a wolf or two show up to class. The humans, don't mess with us, just hide away in the library.
