" you have fought valiantly but in vain , I do not wish this but every drop of magical blood spilt is a terrible waste , I therefore command my forces to retreat , in there absence dispose of your dead with dignity . Harry Potter I now speak to you directly in this night you have allowed your friends to die for you rather then face me yourself . There is no greater dishonour , join me in the forbidden forest and confront your fate , if you do not do this I shall kill every last man, woman and child who tried to conceal you form me" Tom said to us all.

Harry and the others went away to He great hall while I sat here with Uncle Sev holding his hand after a shut his eye lids.

I stood up and went to a boat and cast a spell that put lilies around the boat and using my wand I gently put Uncle Sevs body in it.

I didn't send the boat anywhere as uncle sev was going to have a funeral a proper one.

He just needed a better place to rest.

I looked down at my hands and saw there was blood on them, I gave Harry the bottle with the tears in as I just Wanted a moment.

I heard someone appear behind me and I saw in the reflection on the water who it was

"bit shitty showing up here after all this was your doing Tom" I Said lifting my head up not looking at him.

" I did not want to kill him" he said and I looked at him with red eyes and stood up sizing up to him

" no but you wanted power more" I turned around moving to the edge of the deck looking out into the lake, and I heard Tom follow me "why are you even here?"

" I came to speak to you Cassiopeia"

"let me guess you want to give me one last chance to join your side, and I refuse you will kill me" I laughed and Tom tilted his head

" no, I won't kill you"

" oh , what changed your mind as I remember back in second year you where hell bent of killing me"

" you... intrigue me"

" Godric you sound like a typical villain from a book right now" I laughed and turned back around and Tom stood next to me.

I should be running right now, but I've given up, I'm given up running. And I know the longer I talk to him , more time I give Harry and to me that's all I want, to give Harry time, alive.

"Your just like me you know..." he said and I turned to look at him "we both know the horrors of Wools Orphanage, do you remember what they called people like us... freaks"

" monsters" I said

"They would hit us, try and make us feel worthless when in reality they are the ones who are worthless , easily crushable" he smirked and I cringed , he need to clean his teeth.

" your right" I said and his head snapped towards me

" I am?"

" I'm just like you, broken, but instead I  picked up the shattered pieces of myself and put them back together, I put myself back together, I did not let childhood trauma effect me, I did not use it as an excuse to hurt people" I Said looking at him

" you won't join me will you?"

"No I won't" and I walked behind him so he was in front of me "but I will do one thing though" I Said

" which is?" He asked me looking down at me

" I'll Help you cool off" I Said and I moved my hands forwards and pushed him into the lake.

" nice talking to you Tommy" I smiled and waved my hand and walked away
