Josh's POV
"No, not at all." I laughed, kissing Claudia's cheek.
"Really? Because the last time I checked Josh Hutcherson doesn't get forced to do anything." She smiled, shaking her head.
I had come and visited her in Spain for the weekend, because frankly I missed her. I forgot all about Jen's proposal to come over last night, so by the time I got her call I was already at the airport. I was mildly disappointed about that, since every second with Jen was a blast.
"It was just a photoshoot I will never forget." I huffed. Claudia giggled.
"You seem sleepy." She whispered.
"I am very sleepy actually." I nodded, yawning.
"I love you Josh."
"I love you too Claudia."
We made eye contact. It was rare we would say that to each other; not because we didn't love each other, we just never thought of saying it. But now was the right time.
Claudia sat up straighter and kissed me, putting a hand on my cheek. I was used to her lips, the way she always ran her hand through my hair, which personally, I found weird. But I loved when she smiled in our kisses, because it would make me smile too.
The kiss went on for too long before I got a message from my phone.
"Sorry." I pulled away and had a breath before reaching for my iPhone.
"It's okay." Claudia said quietly, slightly annoyed.
I thought about throwing away the phone and going straight to comfort her, but I noticed Jen sent me a message, so I wasn't going to let that go.
'Hey, I miss you. I know it's only been like a day but I am so bored lol. Call me as soon as you can. I love you! xxxxxoooo'
Ismiled to myself as I read the message, and Claudia nudged my shoulder.
"What are you smiling about?"
I looked at her and clenched my jaw. She knew about Jen, but she didn't exactly like her very much. It didn't bother me, I mean when would both of these two people affect me the same? But in this situation, I know how. Losing either one of them would kill me; that, although I love them in different ways, they still mean the exact same to me. The only two people who I could never get bored of.
"Nothing." I said stupidly. I gave her a quick kiss and it fixed everything magically. Then she went on watching TV whilst I replied to Jennifer.
'I'm so sorry haha. I will call you in a couple hours, I know you're a night owl! Be patient, young one. Love ya too. xo'
I glanced up at the television as I waited for Jen to reply, only to see that Claudia had chosen to watch Entertainment Tonight, the show with about 90% rumours. I tried not to listen to what they were going on about, until I heard my name.
"Josh Hutcherson is in Spain right now, is that correct? The man with a midnight blue suit asked a woman with a red dress. "Yes it is! He is there with his girlfriend Claudia, of course."
"They're talking about us!" Claudia said, leaning forward.
"I wouldn't listen to that." I said, not paying any attention.
"Indeed, but good friends of Josh say he is secretly sneaking around with Jennifer Lawrence, his co-star in The Hunger Games trilogy! What a twist! Two girls, and yet in the end he will be hurting both."
There is a silence as I absorb what I have just heard. Lies, every word. And yet they said it so simply, as if they have all control of celebrities lives.
