"Wake up... you fucking whore."

Natalie gasped loudly, shooting awake. She looked around, tearing flowing from her eyes. The room was dark, and she couldn't see. There was the sound a steady beep on her right right side, and she turned to see a monitor.

"Oh no no no..." Natalie muttered.

She had been put back in the hospital by Wendell, due to her bleeding. She laid her head back, starting to cry softly as she stared up at the white tiled ceiling. Natalie harshly bit her bottom lip, sinking her chipped teeth into it and letting it bleed down her chin before she heard the light switch flick. Her skin went pale as she saw her uncle Edward, and she started frantically moving around as she started sobbing.

"So.. you little slut. You wanted to end yourself before I got the chance to bitch?" Edward grinned widely.

Natalie shook her head quickly, trying to back away even though she had nowhere to even go. Tears pooled in the corners of her eyes, and she gulped a she looked up at her sadistic uncle. Edward grinned, wrapping his hand around her throat as he laughed and climbed on top of her in the hospital bed.

"You passed out from blood loss little slut... you were trying to end yourself, eh? Since you want to leave this world so bad... I'll do the fucking honors for you, you little fucking bitch!" Edward growled at her.

He wrapped both of his hands around her throat, and Natalie started gasping for breath. She clawed at his arms, and she beat at his chest frantically as tears wet her red face. The monitor began to beep rapidly, and it suddenly began to slow down. Natalie went limp, and her eyes rolled back as Edward crushed her windpipe. He grinned widely as he started pushing her down into the bed, his face just barely an inch from her.

Natalie's hands fell to the side of the bed, and she stopped breathing as her heart stopped beating. Edward watched as her heart rate plummeted, soon becoming nothing. He hadn't even gotten a chance to climb off as a nurse rushed in, her eyes widening as she saw his hands are the girl's neck. In an instant, the female nurse called for the security, and Edward made a run for it. His only exits, the vents or the window. It would be a jump from the third floor, which was 100 ft up in the air.

By the time the security and nurses came back, he had already jumped from the window. Of course, he didn't survive. Whilst the security and emergency response team tended to his crushed body, the doctors went to work on reviving Natalie. They began compressions against her chest, and soon used the defibrillator against her.

Once. Nothing..

Twice. Still nothing..

Third time. Complete silence...

The nurse that had rushed to her room, she tilted Natalie's head back. She gently blew up Natalie's nose, and she gasped suddenly. She quickly began to breathe, and every doctor and nurse in the room began to take a sigh of relief.

"I do hope that she can recover.." The doctor at her left said.

He was a middle aged man with some grays, deep and dark blue eyes that looked as if they could read your very soul and essence. He was now her personal doctor, and a very good one at that. Each and every patient that came to him, they ended up twice as better than they were before what happened to him. Better than any psychiatrists and normal doctors, he would more than likely be the best for poor Natalie. Though, for some reason, even he doubted in the back of his mind that he could help the poor doll.

Natalie woke up the next morning, aching all over whilst letting out soft and distressed sounds. She huffed, and she took in a deep breath. She nearly choked, realizing that there had been a tube pushed down her throat in order for her to continue breathing. The night before, while she was being strangled, her larynx had been crushed in the process, so the tube was the only thing keeping her from suffocating until she had surgery.

Natalie let out a hoarse whimper, and she looked to her right. The monitor was beeping steadily, and she began to well up with tears. She then looked at her left, the seats were completely empty. She hadn't expected anyone to come and see her, since most of her family lived across the world or the states. Not to mention, Edward had led her to believe that her father left her because she was such a disappointment. Natalie was at an all time low, and she thought these three words;

"I give up."

She took a deep and very slow breath, her raspy breathing sounding as if she were still suffocating and choking under the hands of Edward. As she listened to her own breathing each time she drifted off, she shot awake in a sweat and from a nightmare. Reliving the same moment over and over again. All she could see was his cruel face haunting her, and tears ran down her bruised face as she sobbed softly the final time she awoke herself.

Natalie sobbed softly, and she jumped harshly as she felt a hand on her shoulder. She quickly looked around, surprised to see no one there. She whimpered hoarsely, and she closed her eyes tightly.

"Great... now I'm fucking hallucinating..."

She thought to herself hastily. She sighed yet again, continuing to sob to herself before a nurse came in. He was rather kind and gentle with her, tending to any needs she had, fixing the air temperature and getting a bag so that she would be able to get food from the tube running up her nose and all the way down to her stomach so she could at least eat something. He smiled at her kindly, and he gave her a gentle pat on the head. Natalie didn't pay attention. She knew how deceiving smiles could be, so she barely trusted him enough to be looking into his eyes.
