"Whaat" I said half asleep and the hiding my face from the light .
"Jaelyn wants you" He said .
I sat up and looked around the room .
"Where's Kordell ?" I asked .
"I don't know i haven't seen him, we just got back" He said while i walked past him to my room .
"Damn you guys were gone all damn day ." I said opening my door .
"What can i say, we never got bored" Tayvion followed me
" Yes ?" I asked her .
"Can we go to a party tonight ?" She smiled at me begging.
I looked at my phone, it was only 8pm .
I mean, i guess who's gonna take us ?
She pointed to Tayvion .
"It's my bro going away party . He leaves tonight for college . So the whole city probably gone be there . You can get to know peopleee ." He tried persuading me .
"What makes yall wanna go so bad ?" I asked very confused .
"I just wanna go out to be honest ." Jaelyn said .
"I was already gonna go, but if you go, she'll go and that means i can see more of her face . " He smirked looking at Jaelyn .
"Okay, you dont know if Kordell will be there ?" I asked Tayvion .
"No, but he's cool as hell with him , so he should be . You can surprise him ." He said
"It'll get your mind off stuff and you can turn up on your birthday ." Jaelyn said nudging me .
"Okayyy, give me 15 mins to get ready ." I gave in .
I got up and put a little bit of makeup on and all my jewelry then picked an outfit .
I brushed and did my hair .
"Damn you ready yet ?" Tayvion came in .
"It's been like 10 mins but yes actually i am ..." I mugged him .
I put on my shoes and we all left .
I wonder why Zay hasn't texted me , i bet Ace told him it was my birthday ...
Maybe he'll be here and that'll be my excuse to talk to him .
We got to the party and when i tell you it was a lot of people .
"I've never seen a house party this big before what" Jaelyn said in awe staring at the crowd of people out front and in the back .
"Literally ... He must be very well known huh ?" I asked Tayvion .
"Yeah, everyone know's Malik . He's smart, plays every sport you could probably name and captain of the basketball team ." Tayvion said .
"Damn, i guess ima really get to know people tonight ." I said .
"Is Yas gonna be here ?" I asked
"Probably, they've been a thing since they were in middle school ." He laughed .
"So i'm already learning a lot ... Tonight i can already tell is going to be an interesting one ." I said under my breathe .
"Jaelyn will you take some pics of me ?" I handed her my phone .
