TOBIO spent most days of his life in his room. He was popular with the other kids and was often invited out but never accepted their request.

Parents, nurses, kids would run into his room give him something that was later found on his wall and thank him for being a role model to them and their kids.

He found it weird maybe it was because he'd been there the longest and somehow he was still alive or maybe he was just a likable person either way it confused him.

His room was decorated with bright colors, toys scattered on the floor, stuffed animals on his bed.

Nothing in his room matched Tobios personality except the dark blue teddy bear that tobio never left alone.

His name was 02 short for tobio 2. Many questioned why he would name his bear after him.

Maybe he was selfish an thought the world needed multiple versions of him or maybe he just liked the idea of someone who was exactly like him being his friend.

02 was with tobio every single day whether it was just for a simple checkup or something big like surgery
02 was there.

6:09 am

Tobio laid in his bed as heavy rains poured.

He was waiting for nurse Sakai to do his morning check up seeing as she was the only nurse he liked.

Soon soft yet loud humming noises were heard as Sakai made her way to his room.

"tobio~'' she called out quietly not wanting to make to much noise.

She turned on the lights and smiled as she engulfed tobio in her warm hands before pulling away.

"I have news from dr. yagami'' she began to speak.
Noticing the frown that formed on Tobios face she spoke up again "don't worry it's all good tobio, you have nothing to be scared of''.

"are you sure'' he asked only to be given a smile in return.

"He says you're getting better and by the end of this year you should be ready to get discharged'' she smiled at him and continued "that means only about 3 months before you get discharged. It also means that this year you don't have to spend your birthday in the hospital''

Tobio wasn't as excited about getting discharged or his birthday as she was.

He was fine with being in the hospital so why did he have to leave
