Addi x Dan Fanfic (UNFINISHED)

Chapter 3

24/9/2026

Ding Dong.

"Addi go open the door! I'm almost done with the match." Starri yells, from her bedroom.

Addi gets up from the living room couch and stomped towards the door. She had just finished doing the dishes and had already gotten comfortable on the sofa.

Before she opens the door fully:

"SURPRISE!" Said  2 strange figures standing at the doorway. It took a while for Addi to focus since the hallway lighting was terrible and she has been on her phone for too long.

"Wait- WHAT? VAMP? DAN? Is that you?"

"No! I'm some random guy knocking on your door for absolutely no reason! " Vamp said, sarcastically.

Addison just stood in shock.

"Well? Can we come in?" Dan asked, nervously.

"Sure! Make yourself at home"

"Addi, Who was it?" Says a faint sleepy voice from the bedroom.

"Vamp and Dan..."

"OH! Right! The meetup day! I didn't know you guys would come that early."

"Vamp woke up early today. Imagine sleeping at 5 AM. Couldn't be him every day!" Said Dan out of place.

Vamp looked at Dan with a furious face.

"Anyways! I think Addison has something to tell Dan, right, Addi?" Says Starri.

"What? Right now?"

Addi's eyes widened. She looks at Star, angry, then looks at Dan. Suddenly she felt very nervous and couldn't speak.

Addison's heartbeat rises with every passing moment to the point that Vamp heard it. As Addison collected all the courage she had and opened her lips, Vamp stopped her.

"Can that at least wait till we get changed and eat first? It's been a long drive and I'm REALLY hungry."

With a bit of relief on Addison's face and curiosity in Dan's mind, Star suggested that they should try her homemade sushi.

"Sushi?" Said Vamp. "I never had it before. I wonder what it tastes like.".

Starri hears Vamp say that while he's sitting at the dining table. She comes in with a plate full of sushi and proceeds to explain:

"Well... This is not exactly sushi, since there is no raw fish. It's California Rolls since raw fish isn't exactly safe to eat. Should be a close experience though!"

Vamp and Dan both took a bite of the sushi and their faces lit up.

"Wow, this is really good!" Said Vamp.

"Ye!" Dan said, in agreement.

Starri blushed. No one has really complimented her cooking. Addi is never able to eat what Starri makes because she's vegetarian, and Lily, Starri's little sister, doesn't appreciate her sister's cooking. She'd much rather eat store-bought cookies for the rest of her life than try any of her sister's homemade sushi or dumplings.

"Well now that we're done eating," Vamp stood up, "I'm gonna change into some comfortable clothing."

Vamp took out a navy blue hoodie from his backpack. Dan looked in confusion.

"Wait, Vamp, why'd you bring so many clothes?" Dan asked in confusion. "Aren't we only here for a day?"

"Oh! Didn't Vamp tell you that you guys were staying for a week?" Starri asked, rhetorically.

"What? Vamp didn't tell me that!" Dan exclaimed. "I didn't bring anything, I thought it was only for a day... Vamp, can I borrow some of your clothes?"

Vamp hesitated then said, "Sorry homie, I didn't bring any extra clothes. Plus they probably won't fit you."

"Well..." Starri added, "Addi might have some clothes that you can wear. Right, Addi?"

Addi just stood there - in silence. She was mesmerized by Dan's beautiful, curly, brown hair. His dreamy eyes. His erotic smile. And lastly his humble personality. 

"Addi?"

"Earth to Addi!"

"Huh?" Addi said, distracted. "Yeah?"

"PERFECT!" Starri exclaimed. "Dan why don't you go to Addi's room and pick out some clothes."

"Wait What?" Addi looked befuddled. She had no idea what was going on, her mind was cloudy: full of thoughts about Dan.

Starri pulled both of them into Addi's room, then left and slammed the door behind her.  "There. Hopefully, Addi confesses."
