Imagine: Dean x Angel Reader

My name is y/n , I'm an Angel of the Lord been that way since I was a baby. But you see when you think Angel you see beautiful white and pure wings and clothing. But that's not how it is for me, Angels are supposed to be able to see their wings once they have met their soulmate and Chuck has a funny way of making my soulmate not an angel. I bet you're wondering who is my soulmate? Well great question I have went all over the gates of heaven and not a single angel has made me be able to see my wings. I go to Cloudbridge and sit down looking out down to earth. 

This is where I go to think. But my thoughts were interrupted by flutter of wings. I look to see my brother Castiel.

"Y/N , we have a mission down on earth I need your help."

"There is trillions of angels , why need me , brother?" I sighed looked down at earth.

"Y/N cause your the only sister I can count on now please let's go now."

Before I could argue back he teleports us to a vintage looking library with a lot of books. Heavens library was bigger. I looked at Cas.

"Where are we?" I asked

"Lebanon Kansas we are here to help two hunters with a demon infestation."

When he finished two tall men walked in the door greeting Cas and then they both looked at me.

"Is this your reinforcement Cas?" The taller one of the two men shot a questionable look at me then back at Castiel.

"Sam trust me y/n is stronger than she looks trust me." I smirked when I turned to the shorter one I wasn't ready to hear what came out of his mouth.

"Those are some very impressive wings"

"What did you say?" I looked at him trying to figure out if my ears were playing tricks on me.

"I said your wings are very impressive, beautiful even." The smaller man smiled.

No I heard him right. I was shocked. How could my soulmate be human? I looked over at my brother who had a same shocked face as I did.

"Brother who is these men? And why did you bring me here"

"These two men are the Winchester brothers, Sam is the taller one and Dean is the one that seen your wings. And I told you they needed help with a case."

"No we don-" sam started but Castiel interrupted him.

"Okay okay I seen how you tried to find your soulmate in heaven and not a single Angel up there was your soulmate so I started to investigate on why that was. Chuck, found me and told me who your soulmate was. I had to get you down here somehow."

"What do you mean soulmate?" Dean questioned. "Sorry sweetheart I don't do soulmates or whatever you angels do"

When Dean said that I looked down and didn't see Sam elbow him.

"I guess Father didn't deem me as worthy of a soulmate and that's why he made my soulmate a hunter I'll see myself out."

Dean's POV

"What the hell Dean! Why did you have to say all that? This was probably the first time she came down to Earth. And look what you made her think that she isn't worthy of a soulmate!" Sam yelled at his older brother

" you and me both know Sammy a Hunter cannot date or be a soulmate to an angel. That's final Castiel why did you think it was a good thing to bring her here?" I looked at my Angel friend

" because doing up there she had nothing everyone was with their soulmate she went all over the gates of heaven trying to find her one person and that person was you Dean. I know that you say you can't date or be a soulmate to an angel but God picked you to be her soulmate. You can't change that. And you can trust her she is the only angel I can trust right now and you're friends with me and trust me so you can give another angel a chance."

I sighed "you know your right, I'll give her a chance, never thought I would say that. Am I the only one that can see her wings?"

"Yes Dean. No one else can see her wings not even other angels." Cas said

"Can you go and bring her back here? If she will.." Deanlooked at his angel friend

"Of course Dean I'll go get her."

Cas disappears in seconds but in 5 more minutes he then appears back with y/n.

Man she is even more gorgeous then the first time I seen her a few minutes ago when she left.

"Y/n?" I said to her she looked at me. Man she is beautiful

"I'm sorry for what I said. I just been trained and raised one way but your brother Cas helped me see that not all angels are bad. Would you be ok with going maybe to d-dinner with me?"  I stuttered I never been this nervous ever meeting someone. I guess that's because she is my soulmate.

"That would be nice." Y/n smiled

I can't believe I finally found my soulmate. And it's the infamous hunter Dean Winchester.
