12. Mall adventures

Jirou's POV

I sat on my bed searching online for info about the league. So far I've only gathered that the main threats, and ones who hang out at the bar are Dabi, Shigaraki, Toga, this Giran guy who's the brains in everything, and also Twice. Then someone knocked on my door. Probably Kiri or something. That being said I should try to recruit Mineta, Kiri left me that job.

"It's open." I sighed. Mina popped her head in the door. "Wow Mina, it's been a week. How do you recover from breakups so fast?" Mina closed the door to my dorm and sat on my bed with me, closing the laptop.

"So you know when you have such a great friend you get really clingy and think you like them? Yeah it's like that, I also mayyyy or may not like a boy."

"Ok, well what do you want. Also I'm going to guess that boy is Sero, you've been hanging with him before Toru left." I've seen her walk around campus with Sero, I'm not a shipper but they'd do well together.

"How did you- never mind. The retrieval squad is going to the mall, we need to make sure we're calm and rational, come with us." I just shook my head and turned to my closed computer.

"Don't brush me off! You're coming, I will drag you."

Don't mess with Mina, she's strong. She literally dragged me out of my room to the front of the school, by the collar. I don't even know which mall we are going to, or what we are getting. Actually I don't know why I have to come, I'm perfectly calm now. Mina gave me confirmation that she likes Sero, so I guess that's nice. And also who named us the 'retrieval squad' it's the dumbest name I've ever heard. Well other that Kaminari that is. Todoroki is our ride, and also the one who's paying everything, I don't think he knows that Kiri is rich. Or he just wants to spend Endeavor's money.

"Guys, we're here." Todoroki said calmly, "Take this credit card, do what you want with it, just give it back before Endeavor is knocking on the car door."

"All right! Let's go have some fun!"

We entered inside the place, looking around at all of the shops. Me and Tokoyami split up and entered Hot Topic, because we're just so emo. I ended up just getting a few shirts and chokers. I left the the shop and checked out the other ones.

I've found a music store and went in, there were guitars hung up on the wall, as well as some other displays. I saw a sound booth on one side of the store and a teenager at the counter on the other. The kid at the counter just kicked a dude in the balls, funny. The girl then started humming the OP of an anime.

"Hey." The girl perked up.

"Oh h-hey" the girl said, startled, "Sorry didn't see here you come in, what can I do for you?"

"Was that ————?" I questioned.

"Ok I don't know you but we're getting married." She deadpanned. What what? Is she serious? She sounded serious.

Honestly I don't even know why they have a music shop here, but I'm glad, I got a guitar worth 4,054,900 yen, and more drumsticks. Bakugou broke like 6 pairs of them during practice, I kinda miss the hot head. I also have no idea how Endeavor has got that much money, I know that he's the current number 1 but wow. (From my calculations, 37,000 USD, yes guitars can cost that much.)

Once we got back to the dorms, I started walking to my room to put away my items. Loud footsteps though, interrupted me.

"Hey Jirou I know you're planning stuff about saving your girlfriend, but you wanna head to my room and play some smash? I know you're going to chose link or whatever."

Yo! Screw spacing out updates, I'll do it when I want. Is you got the music store reference then uh, sad wattpad took down their account, but I mean they made a website now :/. Guitars are expensive, actually could Jiro be in the rich kid squad? I mean the all the instruments she has probably add up to like 200 to 300 thousand. Ok well, bye!
