Months later after Dream and the Onceler had their fun Dream was sitting on the bed sobbing, his belly showing proof of their fun in the form of a child. He knew they should have used protection but he thought it would just be for STD's not pregnancy. What was he supposed to tell Onceler? Would he leave him? Or kick him out? Dream heard the Onceler call for him, the green hooded man had been avoiding his lover for months now, meaning he had yet to share the news. Their wedding was coming up soon too and Dream was terrified of trying to get into his wedding dress with the baby bump he now had.
While Dream was lost in his thoughts he didn't hear Onceler slip into the room, seeing the crying Dream on the bed. "Baby? What's wrong?!" The Onceler held Dream's arms as he looked him over for any indication that he was injured but noticed a bump from under the lime green sweater he usually wore. "Dream, are you... Pregnant?" The Onceler looked back up at the green eyes filled with tears, only getting a slight nod in response.
Dream was about to push the Onceler away when his hands were grabbed, gloved fingers running over his knuckles and a kiss being placed on his forehead. "Baby that's amazing!" Dream looked up surprised, "R-really?" Dream asked, his voice quiet as he was expecting it to be a joke but none came, Dream was overjoyed the Onceler was accepting. They had a lovely night to celebrate.
It was almost Dreams due date, his belly barely fit in any of his hoodies anymore which made him start wearing thneeds more than normal, it didn't bother him much that they were so revealing as he stayed home most of the time anyway. Dream was streaming MCC with his friends, his baby bump underneath the desk as he enjoyed the day, well that was until he felt the baby shift, wanting out now. Dream muted his mic and cried for the Onceler, it was a few minutes before he came rushing into the room and helped Dream to relax.
"Shhh it's okay baby!" The Onceler soothed, watching the doctors work to get their baby out as Dream screamed, soon the room was filled with a baby's cry making both Dream and the Onceler relax. The baby was cleaned and wrapped in a thneed before being placed in Dreams arms, Dream cooed at the small child in his arms as the Onceler kissed his cheek. "Our baby, you did such a good job Dreamie."
