"Your Majesty." Lord Genovis bowed to me. "You have my deepest condolences. Your Majesty's father and brother were wonderful people. I'm sure they would be proud of your highness today."

A slight tear flew from my eye. The only person who offered condolences and not immediately lessons on how to run a country. I was in mourning but on the outside it didn't look like that.

"I apologize to Your Majesty for these circumstances. You must understand that this is an emergency situation." Lord Genovis said.

"Thank you Lord Genovis." I smiled slightly and nodded my head.

"I hope we have chosen a good bodyguard for your highness. Maximillian finished the military academy with the best results. Also, he is of your age so your highness won't feel alone in the world of older people."

Maximillian. After today's exchange of words between us I could tell he was very mature, maybe too mature. I was afraid that it was in this aspect that we would differ strongly.

"Thank you, Lord Genovis for thinking of that."

I was surprised that Lord Genovis addressed this. Of course, I didn't doubt his loyalty to the royal family. I was just afraid he wouldn't like me. But until now I have felt from him a sincere desire to work with me and make it easier for me.

"Journalists will now chase you. We have to teach you what to answer them." Lord Genovis handed me the paper. "They've already had time to print and deliver it to the palace." He giggled lightly.

I took the newspaper from his hands with a slight movement and looked at the headline of the article and the big picture showing me covering my face. It was the moment where I quickly headed toward the car.

I read the first column on the cover

I read the first column on the cover. They had already found some etiquette experts. I looked worriedly at it guessing what was waiting for me inside this newspaper.

"It's just a tabloid your highness. I would save my time for something more valuable. Their opinions are not important." Lord Genovis said.

I placed the newspaper on the table. "Thank you for your words of encouragement Lord Genovis."

I shouldn't have gotten so much attention. Instead of looking for sensationalism newspapers should focus on serious things. Maybe even write about my dead family but with respect. The dead should not be a source of someone else's money.

"You're right. I can't be bothered with that." I was taking on a lot of responsibility now; I had to make myself a queen in a few weeks.

"When is the coronation Lord Genovis?" I asked.

"Here we have a little problem." He said in a stressed voice.

"And what is that?" I replied in a frightened voice. I was already stressed about becoming queen and here some other bomb would fall on me.
