❏ ☁️ ◂╯• 001. TRAIN TO SEOUL !!
❛ 𝘪 𝘬𝘪𝘴𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘴𝘤𝘢𝘳𝘴 𝘰𝘯 𝘩𝘦𝘳 𝘴𝘬𝘪𝘯 ❜━━ this chapter takes place prior to
2013. seeing as there are so many year
dividers already i thought it would be too
much to make one, so any chapters that
happen prior to their debut will just go between
the scenarios and 2013 dividersoh, and most chapters before 2013 will be
following the same sort of storyline ig except
one or twoIt was either one of her best ideas or her worst. Ten minutes into her two hour train ride and Eunseong had decided on the latter.
She didn't know why she even thought that it would be a good idea. But after receiving the invitation from BigHit who had apparently heard one of her songs through Yoongi, it was just too good of an opportunity to miss.
So whether she thought it was a good idea or not, Eunseong had bought the ticket, only one way because she didn't know when she would be coming back to her hometown. And she had gotten up early that morning to pack a bag with necessities for a few days, done up a couple of small drawings for some clients she was passing on to Choa.
She had committed to it when she left the apartment above the tattoo parlour, waving to her mom opening the shop as she passed, on her way to the train station. It didn't feel like she had an escape route anymore, considering she was now on a one way, no stops train ride from Daegu to Seoul.
Eunseong didn't even know what the agency really wanted from her. If they wanted to buy the song, wanted her to release it in some form, or something else. All she knew was that they had reached out to her and now she was in a train to meet them.
Meet the head of this agency under which Yoongi trained. Which brought on a whole new fear. What if he didn't want to see her?
Their communication had dwindled significantly in the pass few months, as his training became much more intensive and time consuming, so she hadn't thought to write ahead. Not a call, a text or even an email.
He had no idea that she was on her way to Seoul, and she had no idea what his reaction would be.
But she couldn't back out now.
Bang PD - or Bang Sihyuk - was going to meet her on the platform like arranged. He was going to take her back to the Entertainment building to see Yoongi and discuss what they wanted with her.
It was nerve wracking but such an opportunity. So much could come of it and quite frankly it would be criminal for Eunseong to miss it. Even if she did have to take extended league from work and be in a constant state of confusion to what exactly was happening.
When the train finally came to a stop, the nerves settling in spiked to an all time high. She hadn't even been this nervous after her parents had found out she had given herself her first tattoo or when she gave Yoongi his first one night a long time ago..
But now she was the type of nervous that felt sickening, made her a little weak in the knees as she got up from her seat, waiting for the woman assigned to the seat beside her to leave first before reaching for her bag in the overhead storage.
The late winter sun after a night of snow shone down on her, her slightly thicker-soled boots holding her a little higher than usual and stopping the ends of her jeans from trailing in the greyish-brown sludge gathered on the platform.
Pulling her coat tighter around her frame, she looked around, scanning over the people hurrying off the train. The mother pulling along her son and daughter, the group of business men that herded around Eunseong like sheep, forcing her off of her path.
She had grown up in the same city all of her life, so this sort of thing didn't bother her. It just wasn't so easy to find the person you were looking for.
But finally, she saw a plump, smiling man holding a small paper sign with her name on and she walked over, swerving around the crowds.
"Good day." She greeted him, bowing as she took the mask off of her face. "I'm Moon Eunseong."
"Please to meet you, I'm Bang Sihyuk, as you might have guessed." The man replied with an easygoing smile, guiding her towards the exit of the train station. "Before I take you to the studio, I thought it would be best to drop your stuff off at the small apartment you'll be staying in. That's just a short walk from here - fifteen minutes or so, and the studio is ten minutes from there so I decided that walking would be better."
"Traffic seems pretty bad as well." Eunseong nodded, feeling on a little bit awkward as they continued on the walk to the apartment.
But Mr Bang seemed nice, and in no time at all she felt more comfortable, talking about her music and how Yoongi was - although not too much about that, Mr Bang thought they should have their own catch up.
That was only if Yoongi was happy to see her, of course.
Eunseong hoped that he would be. But there was always the possibility that he wouldn't be.
She would just have to wait and see.
