Cross runs to a nearby au, Dreamtale, and sits under the tree. As dream walks by dream notices cross, and feeling a bit of a negative aura from cross.

“I can't do much now, What if he knows? I know he can sense positive auras.”

“Awww is the Oreo flustered~? You like watching dream sleep don't you?”

Cross blushing intensely, and covers his face with his scarf. “SHUT UP CHARA, I'M NOT A CREEP..??”

Dream see's Cross from afar. He heard yelling but couldn't tell what it was he yelled. So dream walks over to Cross and sits next to him.

“Hey, is everything okay?” Dream asks calmly. This caused Cross to get startled.
“DREAM WHERE DID YOU COME FROM-??”
“Sorry to startle you, Cross. I just saw yelling from afar. I try to keep this au as calm as I can, since it's my home.”

Cross sits back up. “I-its okay, I understand. J-just don't scare me like that I almost had a heart attack-!!” In response, dream softly giggles. Cross looks up at the sky, avoiding to make eye contact with dream; not wanting to “mess up” again. As dream is slightly falling asleep.

“Cross, I'm kinda tired. How do you not get tired or hot while going from au to au-?”
“I.. I honestly don't know..-”

Dream falls asleep leaning on cross, and cross blushes a deep purple. Cross then sees X!chara, at it again like usual.

“OoOooo~!” Cross shakes is head slightly im disapproval .

“CROSS AND DREAM SITTING IN A TREE-!”
“Chara, no.”

“K I S S I N G!!”

Cross tries not to yell at Chara to not awaken dream. While cross was trying not to yell, dreams positive aura had already calmed him before he knew it. Then cross fell asleep too.

-Cross' POV:

'JUST GREAT I EMBARRASSED MYSELF IN FRONT OF HIM AND HE
DOESN'T NOTICE WHILE EVERYONE DOES, IM NOT SURE IF THIS IS BAD BUT IT AINT GOOD-' His phone then buzzes. 'OH FUCKING GREAT ITS BOSS-!' He picks up the phone.

“WHERE ARE YOU!?!”

“Trying to sleep.”
“YOU HAD 8 FULL HOURS OF SLEEP.”
“But it's hot and I'm wea-” He gets cut off.
“GET OVER HERE NOW!!” The call ended.

Cross sighs, placing his phone in his pocket and goes to sleep while holding dreams hand.

-One Hour Later:

Cross wakes up to see dream had taken his scarf as a blanket. And that cross was still holding dreams hand. Trying not to make sudden movements, Cross tries to wake up dream.

“Wake up dream, please?”

“Five more minutessss..”
“No. it's time to wake up.”
“Please cross~?” Cross blushes a bit, but realized he is just sleep talking.

“I will tickle you awake.”
“Nooooo-!”

Cross tries to tickle dream but all dream dose is grabs on tighter to cross' hand. Cross gets an idea. But is hesitant on going through with it. But dose it to see the reaction.

“Fine, be sleeping beauty then.” Cross says teasingly as he kisses dream on the cheek. He was trying not to do anything dumb.
“I am not sleeepyy..!”

“I guess I have to carry you then.”
Cross picks up dream and brings him to Inks house.

“Hello? Oh.”

“He's asleep. Take him to his bed to rest, please?”
“Do you at least want your scarf back buddy?”

“Just let him keep it.”
