You, (y/n) a smart caring person, he looked up at you. He looked starved. You felt a deep sharp pain in your chest, you felt so bad for the child.
He looked a couple years younger then you. You were 12 years old and he looked 10. You were walking on your way home from school when you noticed the boy. This would be your first encounter of him.
"H-hey..." You quietly said while taking off your book bag. You remembered you had left over food from lunch in there. "Are you hungry?" You asked as you were shuffling through your bag.
He didn't say anything. He just tilted his head confused. You were worried he was scared. You quickly got out half a sandwich you didn't eat. It was quite a big sandwich, it had chicken, lettuce, tomato, cheese and other stuff on it.
"I was wondering if you wanted this?" You asked as you put your hand out for the sandwich. He was very hungry, he slowly got up from the side of the road and slowly and cautiously walked over to you.
He was very short compared to you when he stood up, you noticed his skin was so pale and his legs were so skinny. He slowly grabbed the sandwich and started to eat it. You smiled.
"My names (y/n) what's yours?" You asked happily as he quickly swallowed a bite. "Levi." He said quietly. You smiled at him.
"Oh okay! That's a nice name! Where'd you get it?" You asked. He looked down.
"My mom." He said as he took another bite.
"Oh where is she?" You asked surprised.
"Dead." He quietly said. You almost dropped your book bag.
"O-oh." You didn't know what to say. You decided to end the conversation there.
"I have to go home now, I'll bring you more food tomorrow I promise!" You smiled and waved as you left. He waved gently.
The next morning you packed a whole lunchbox for him, you made sure to put a lot of healthy stuff as you didn't want to upset his stomach.
After school you went to see him again in the same spot, this time his looked more alive then the day before.
"Hi Levi!" You exclaimed as you got out a full lunchbox for him.
"Y-you got this for me?" He asked nervously as he opened it up. He widened his eyes as he started to eat the food.
