CW: Towards the middle, this chapter gets a little iffy with Cashier and Dummy. What is written here is not an example of a healthy stable relationship. Please do not mimic the actions or words said in those parts as they're toxic and can hurt both people involved. Thank you.

Maybe the world has a certain role for everyone to play, some better than others. Some more important than most. Regardless of how you intended things to go, some things we cannot change. Some things we cannot stop. And with every story, someone must be the antagonist. Even if they plea and make excuses to their actions, at the end of the day, they're the bad example and nothing can change that.

More time had gone by and of course, Dummy was getting worse by the day. What even was this? Dummy looked over to the television and kept an eye on cashier, still wanting to have him here, despite all the pain he was in. Cashier continued on like it was nothing really, sort of forgetting about Dummy and the interaction him and Player had altogether. Not that anyone could really blame Cashier. He wanted to at least distance himself from all that stuff since it was making him over paranoid and just exhausted in general.Dummy was at a loss. It had seemed like things went back to normal. Everything except for him. Everyone just kept on with their lives, while he was here suffering. And no one even realized it. Over something he didn't even know about himself. He had made a small commotion, which didn't lead to a very big impact as everyone involved slowly went on with their lives. But he couldn't let go. He couldn't be done yet. Was he going to die here? It felt like it. Maybe he would if he got lucky. Either way, a small shred of hope went against this idea.
The idea that maybe somehow he'd interact with Cashier again.
Cashier walked out of the store and into the warm breezy night, looking up at the moon. The only thing he seemed to find comfort in. He smiled and then sulked down. The moon was nice but all you could really do was watch it. Watching got boring after a bit. Sometimes Cashier wishes he could maybe touch the moon. Or walk around on it. To just maybe have it not so far away. Sometimes, though, having something you want most stay very far away from you, even if it hurts, cam be best for both parties.
Cashier walked back inside the store after his break was over and continued it like normal, the kid with the red hat walked in shortly after and went to buy something. Dummy watched the TV and eyed the kid as well, taking his eyes off of Cashier for a split moment, ideas sprouting in his head. But no. He couldn't. He just couldn't, right? It would be dangerous to do it again. Bold. Rash. But Dummy didn't care. All he did when he saw the kid was notice a door for a chance. A chance to finally get his wish. A chance for him to finally touch his moon.

Cashier took the money Player gave as he walked out with a carton of eggs in his hands, preparing to eat them when he got home. As he did, he noticed toothpaste and orange juice sitting by on a bench near his house, just as they were placed in his room when Dummy had put them there. Player felt his stomach drop, noticing the items before hesitating and then sprinting to his house. Once he got to the front steps, he tried to open the front door but it seemed locked.Player knew this all too well and looked back at the toothpaste and orange juice.
'Why did Dummy need him again?' He asked himself. Did Dummy think he didn't follow through with the plan? No, he must've. Otherwise, Player would've been sent back already. Maybe Dummy needed another favor? But what could he do now? Hadn't Dumny gotten his wish? Didn't he want to be known by Cashier? That was all, really. He set the eggs by his house before walking to the bench and looking down at the two items. He picked them up and ate them quickly, just wanting to get this whole ordeal over with already.
When he got there, he noticed Dummy, staring at him blankly. Despite his pale gray skin, he seemed more pale than usual and very tired.
'Did Dummy even need sleep in the void?' Why was he so worn out looking? Player then noticed the pile of bloody, flaky petals on the table. What the hell? Why were those there? And how did Dummy get them? They weren't there last time. Dummy, still looking directly at Player waved.
