I put on my boots and head towards the stables. Being captain isn't an easy task, and with a band of idiots like yours nothing seems to be easier. Getting closer to the stables you see the rest of team Kane talking.

"Captain there you are!!!" Your bubbling personality rank 4 of the team Sara Mason says. She waves her hand trying to get your attention. "Captain quick question!" She says waving her hand stronger.

"Don't know don't care." You say bluntly. Sara gives out a sigh, "Man, I'm ranked 4th and I still get treated like crap." Sara says taking a seat back down on one of the stools.

"Come on Mason the adults are talking." Rank #3, Evan Wilson says as he tussles Mason's hair. "Evan you couldn't be less of an adult than what's between your legs." Jessica says rolling her eyes as she throws Kane another stick.

Evan face goes red and Sara tries to cover her face from laughing.

"Awe don't hurt his pride now Murphy." Leon Kim, Rank #6 says as he guides the last horse near the squad. "Glad to see everyone is up and enjoying themselves." I say.

"Our precious Rank #5 has yet to show up Captain." Evan holds up his finger as he speaks.

"Of course he hasn't!" I slam the table and walk to the stables. If I know my teammates, I know exactly where Ben Meyer is.

I turn the next corner usually where all the horse cleaning supplies are, I see Ben flirting with another poor young female scout with heart eyes bulging out.

"You know I rank #5 in my squad right?" Ben says getting closer to the girl. The girl giggles and I nearly throw up in my mouth.

I pick up a horse brush and throw it at Ben's head. "Hey!" Ben says when we meet eyes he stands up straight.

"Oh! C-Captain!" He says nervously.

"Cleaning duty after mission, now get ready to head out." I say with a stern voice and cross my arms.

"Yes ma'am!" He jogs out the stables. I look at the girl as she looks at me nervously.

"Girl...trust me, you do not wanna mess with that one, he knows every girls name in the military." I roll my eyes and head back to the squad.

Riding in an upside down V formation with Kane leading front with me on his left and Jessica on his right. "What exactly are we looking for Captain?" Evan yells out.

"We got orders to track down this weird looking titian." I yell back. "What like an abnormal?" Sara asks.

"No..they said we'll know when we see it." I say holding the reigns on Blaze tighter.

Something doesn't feel right. I feel the ground shaking and a shock is sent through my spine.

"Does anyone else feel-" before I can make an announcement, my vision is cut off from darkness and smoke.
