(modern setting, age 16)—————————————
Falcos POV:
"I can't believe we have to go on this stupid camping trip."
I slouched down into the seat I shared with Udo, clutching my bag to my chest.
"It's not that bad! You've even got us to keep you company, so cheer up Falco!"
I looked over at Udo and frowned. He was way too excited for this stupid trip.
Currently Zofia was sitting behind us, supposedly paired up with Gabi, but she still hadn't arrived. I sat up and turned around to look at Zofia.
"Where's Gabi? Aren't you guys supposed to be sitting together on the way there?"
Zofia only looked at me and shrugged, turning her gaze back to her phone.
Wow, thanks for the help Zofia.
"She'll be here soon! Don't worry too much about your little girlfriend Falco."
I could hear a laugh coming from Udo, as he slightly patted me on the shoulder. I refused to let him see my face though, embarrassed by how much that made me blush.
"She's not my girlfriend.."
He then slung his arm over my neck, pulling me closer.
"Not yet. You never know what will happen!"
I elbowed him in the side, rolling my eyes as he howled in pain. I then turned my attention back to the front on the bus, hoping Gabi would arrive soon.
After a few minutes past, I started to lose hope. Now this trip was going to be even worse.
"Sorry, I'm here now! My cousin got his car stuck in a fucking ditch and we were stuck there for an hour! It was so annoying."
She's here! Finally.
She ran down the aisle before suddenly stopping in front of me. She then slightly bent down, and patted me on the head.
"Missed me, huh? You look like a puppy who's owner just came home, it's so funny!"
I looked away in embarrassment. Watching her sit down with Zofia out of the corner of my eye.
You've already embarrassed yourself, good going Falco!
The bus then started to drive off, ready to take us to the camping resort I was dreading so much.
(hour into the drive)
I could feel a tap on my shoulder, so I quickly turned around to see who it was.
"Want to switch spots with me? I want to talk to Udo for a little."
Ugh.
"Uh, sure."
I proceeded to stand up, making sure to grab my bag before I left. Zofia and I then quickly switched spots, leaving me beside a very fast asleep Gabi.
She looks so cute..
I took off my jacket, gently placing it on her so she wouldn't get too cold. It was almost unbelievable how peaceful she looked when she was asleep.
Now stop looking at her, you're being a creep!
I shifted my gaze from her, instead focusing on the new game I had downloaded solely for this trip. It wasn't that exciting, but it was something to distract me at least.
