The final battle!

It was time. Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie were cheering for Red the whole time, and so was everyone else in the stadium. It was time for the final battle. Red and Steven walked onto the battlefield. The bell rang, and it was time to begin! Red started with his Lapras, While steven started with his cradily. "Lapras! Ice Beam!" The blow did amazing damage, But not enough to take it out in one hit. The Cradily Used stone edge, causing Lapras almost to faint! "Lapras! Surf!"

The hit was enough to take out cradily. Steven called back his cradily and sent out skarmory. Red Decided to return Lapras and sent out Pikachu. Steven, Realizing his mistake, Thought, "Shoot... None of my moves will work on that Pikachu." He tried calling sky attack, but Pikachu was way too quick. "Pikachu! Thunderbolt!" Red shouted bravely. His Pikachu one-shotted that skarmory.

After 20 minutes, Both Steven and Red were down to their last pokemon. "Go! Charizard!" Red shouted. "Go Metagross!" Steven said bravely. It was down to this last match. They both mega evolved their pokemon, and it was time for the final moments. Steven called on his metagross to use earthquake, and it hit Charizard hard. Charizard fell, but..... It managed to live with 2 HP! After getting up, Red Shouted, "Charizard! Blast Burn!" Charizard, with all of its might, attacked that mega metagross as hard as possible, and everything was covered in a massive fog.

After the fog cleared up, Charizard was barely standing, while metagross fainted. Steven, looking super angry, returned metagross, and left without saying anything. Red did it. He was now the new Hoenn champion. He registered his pokemon in the hall of fame and headed outside. Serena, Clemont, and Bonnie, out of nowhere, hugged him super tightly. "Thanks for cheering me on." They all headed home, and had a fun night of playing games, eating cake, and just messing with each other.
