• She was an old friend of Amy; they've been friends since they were 16.

• Clover is Australian, so she speaks with an Australian accent.

• She and her mom moved back to Australia when she was 18; but moved back to Amy's city when she was now in her early-20s.

• She is a fangirl for hot guys.

• Clover knew of Amy's relationship with Vox and the other demons, so she agreed to keep it a secret from the others.
