Squad Chaos - 01 - A Broken World

The beginning

It all transpired six years ago.
The world called "Aqua Terra" was ruled and guarded by the people of the sea. They who came of the sea looked after all kingdoms and made sure to keep the creatures called "Darkbearers" out of sight, until that sorrowful day.

I was spending time with my parents and twin brother on the terrace of our palace, when suddenly screaming and the sounds of panic started. I was overcome by curiosity, yet I was scared. Running towards the edge of the terrace, I froze seeing the unexpected.

The whole entrance of the palace was covered in black forms and black mist, its Shaps running freely. Mother quickly hid me behind her as my dad ran yelling to the guards to bring the whole palace to lockdown. After that, I heard little more than echoes.
I watched as the people came walking amongst Darkbearers as if they were the ones in control of the chaos around them. It didn't take long for them to reach the terrace where our mother hid me. Yet they strode in without much fuss.
Before they could notice me, mother held my hand and father nodded at mother as they both started running towards the chamber where the Aquamarine gem was, too confused to ask I followed. Not even I noticed Andi, my twin brother, standing there as our parents and I ran leaving him behind.

Once we reach the door of the chamber, father summons a huge key and locks the door seven times. And after locking it father looked at mother and nodded.
Mother, knowing what our father meant, went and held fathers hands. As they were holding hands the key floated above them. They closed their eyes and suddenly the key started to glow and divided into 7 fractions of light. Each color different from the other. Suddenly they flew away at the speed of light. As the glowing bright light vanished, I saw that there was a scroll where the key was before.

Father grabbed the scroll and said to mother as if he was trying to let me know something.
"Each piece reached each land and is now hidden well."

Mother took a bag and father put the scroll in it, and then father looked at me in a worried look and took an amulet under his robe and showed it to me saying.
"My dear-" His voice was soft as he knelt "This will help you when you grow older, you are to seek comrades and not fear, nor worry. This will never accept anyone who might turn their backs on you."

After saying that he put it in the bag with the scroll and mother wrapped it tight around me. As soon as she did that she held my hand and we ran towards the balcony, mother hid me behind the pillar and held my hand. If only..if only I knew it was the last time I could see my mother, I would have asked every question that was inside my head at that very moment.

All she said was " Run my dew drop. Your end shouldn't be today. I am entrusting this world to you. Never let anyone know who you really are until the time has come for you to rise"
I was so confused, and scared to death, staring at mother, not knowing the depth of whats happening, not knowing this day was going to change my whole life.
And right after that, All I remember was the fall, the fall into the ocean from the balcony, it was fading as the water took me, annnnnd that's how I got here..
When I regained my consciousness I was already here, in Elior the land of light, surrounded by my now family and friends.
It's been 6 years since that day and I still feel like it was yesterday, like it scared me deeply. It did and my mind constantly haunts me with it but I survived. And I think now I know what my mother meant.

The present day

Aly: *walks into Sha's room* "Hey Sha!! Come out for dinn- *She paused as she saw Sha next to the table looking down and lost in thoughts* "... what are you doing? * She asked worriedly as she tilted her head*

(Oh yes I almost forgot, I am Sha! Sha Aqua. That child from the story I just told)

Sha: *As soon as she heard Aly's voice, she quickly turns around and swipes the scroll on the table into the bag that is also on the table from behind as if she was trying to hide it from Aly* "nothing much..." she ponders* Just doing some thinking. *She gives a slight smile at Aly as she started walking towards her*

Aly: hmmm... *She narrows her eyes looking at Sha suspiciously* if you say so...

Ave: *She suddenly runs into Sha's room screaming out loud* "Guys!! Guys!! Come out right now!" *says terrifyingly before she runs out again*

Aly and Sha look at each other with confusion after seeing Ave's panicked look and run after Ave. As they all ran out of their house sha froze, stepping back terrified. She couldn't believe her eyes.

The creatures that are consumed by the Dark, known as Darkbearers are rampaging right before her. She hasn't seen a dark soul, the same black forms and black mist, Shapeless chaos. Floating around, not since 6 years ago, on the day of doom

Sha: "n-no- it can't be!" *She trembles as she stepped backwards with her eyes widened*

Aly: *She was in shock seeing such a creature in the land of light, she frowns her eyebrows looking at Sha who seems to know what she is seeing* :"What are those things?" *She questions*

Ave: *She was breathing a bit heavily as she was panicking a moment ago, terrified* "I don't know, but they appeared asking someone to come out" *They watched in horror as the Dark creatures attacked.*

Darkbearers: "WE KNOW YOU ARE OUT THERE!! COME OUT COME OUT WHEREVER YOU ARE!!" *As they were rampaging through the village they kept asking for someone to come out*

Sha: Tchs... *She closes her eyes clenching her teeth with anger as she clenches her fist before she opened her eyes and glares right at the Darkbearers* "LEAVE EVERYONE ALONE!!" *The whole are shook with her shout out*

Ave: *Her eyes widens as she stood behind Sha with Aly, confused and shocked* "sh-Sha.. I think you are making it worse!" *She says not knowing what sha is doing*

Aly: *She was shocked as she heard sha as well but, she turned her gaze back at the lurking dark creatures as she said* " no no, she is right.." *And she also shouted out loud following sha* "LEAVE EVERYONE ALONE!!"

Ave: *Her eyes widens as she was shocked from Sha and Aly both* "W-wwhaaaat!!?" *The she sighs Shaking her head as she knew there is no turning back from this* "yeah, ofcourse. Why not.."

Sha: *She steps forward as she stood firm on the front line so the Darkbearer can notice her* "I bet- you are looking for a Zale dorian!" *She says as a serious look was present on her face*
Mind: "~now I know why my mom said don't let anyone know who I really am.. but.. I gotta do this.. can't let everyone here suffer because of me." *She thought to herself as she clenched her fist right before she lifted her right arm up and closes her fist and opens her fist, as she said*
"Mana release~ come forth SELACHIMORPHA!!" *With that suddenly a blood red trident appeared between her palm, as she grabbed it tight* She was glaring at the darkbearer with a deathly stare as she said* "I'm sorry Aly.. Ave.. but.. stay back.."

Aly: *She tilts her head with a glare annoyed at Sha* "You dare order us? Heck with that.. I ain't gonna stay back and let you do all the fighting!" *she raises her arm over her head* Mana release~ Death Scythe!! *suddenly a huge scythe appeared*

Ave: "Aly is right, You are not alone in this Sha" *she raises her arm and summons a huge axe* Mana release~ "COME FORTH HALCYON!!"

Sha: *She looks at both of them shocked to see their reactions and their support for her, then she tilts her head with a slight smile as she was relieved as well as glad* "You two.." *she then looks at the Darkbearers with a smirk and shouted* "LETS GO!!"

All three of them sprinted right at the Darkbearers who were rampaging, destroying the properties of the villagers and even harming them.
