Anonymous began to raise Cecil as any child would be raised. He also taught the young boy about the world, and used the powers gifted to him by Cecil's parents to grant Cecil eyesight and help further the child's knowledge about the world. This, however, also came with teaching of the bad in the world. As Cecil grew to being a young boy he better understood how the world worked. One day Anonymous brought Cecil outside for a little talk. "So Cecil" Anonymous began "What would you like to do when you're grown up?" "Hmm" Cecil began to ponder "I want to make the world the best place ever! And make sure everyone is happy" he had a huge smile on his face as he spoke with enthusiasm. Anonymous gave a small chuckle "I see you dream very big". "Of course! I want to make mommy and daddy very proud!" "I'm sure they're always going to be proud of you no matter what." They both began to look up to see a flock of doves and ravens flying around. Cecil broke the silence "I'm going to help every single person, I just know I will. I'll make the world a perfect place" Anonymous looked over to Cecil "Keep your feet on the ground kid, only birds were meant to fly" he spoke in both a serious yet playful tone as he ruffled Cecil's hair. "Gah! What does that even mean?" the young boy questioned with annoyance. "It means to be realistic in your goals" Anonymous spoke, but in the back of his mind, he knew Cecil could do whatever he wanted when he inherits his parents eyes. Cecil just pouted and continued to look around "Anon, you told me about the bad people in the world... But you never explained why they are bad, what makes a person bad?" Anonymous, a little overtaken by such a deep question, hesitated with his response "Well, The thing is, no one exactly knows why people are bad or do bad things. You see some people who do bad things may think they are doing good, but they are actually doing harm. It's... Hard to explain, but you'll understand when you're a big boy" "Ok" Cecil looked up to his guardian "I'm getting a little tired. Can we go now?" "Yes. Let's be on our way."

As time passed on Cecil began to grow into a very mature young adult, around the age of eighteen now, he started going out into the world and assisting anyone he saw. He did little tasks such as being a mediator amongst people's problems, or helping people gather groceries. He would always come home happy, but tired, and Anonymous would greet him with assurance and gratefulness for Cecil's contribution to the world. "You know Cecil, I don't say it often, but I am very proud of you" Anonymous stated "and I personally feel you're ready for a small taste of your inheritance" "What? You're serious Anon?" Cecil became excited "Come with me".

Cecil followed Anonymous to a lower chamber where they stayed. "Whoa, how long has this been here?" Cecil questioned in amazement. "Since you were born and put here" Anonymous replied as he opened a door where the Circumspectionem greeted them. "Is... Is that the thing my parents' eyes are sealed in?" Anonymous nodded "the Circumspectionem, the all seeing eye". Anonymous went up to the large pyramid and took off his glove revealing a glowing, transparent hand. He gently placed his hand on the Circumspectionem and a giant eye opened up on the tip of the pyramid. "Greetings Anonymous and Cecil." "It can talk?" Cecil was a little surprised. "It is a sentient being, it has a mind of its own pretty much. Circumspectionem, Cecil is ready to inherit a bit of his parents eyes." The all seeing eye pondered for a bit "Oh is he now? Well that is fine by me, as long as I get payment" "Wait, excuse me payment?" Anonymous cut it off and interrogated "what do you need payment for?" Cecil looked with disappointment "I'll do whatever it takes, whatever your payment is I'll make it happen" "Cecil stop!" Anonymous exclaimed furiously. "Isn't this his choice?" Circumspectionem asked as a rebuttal to Anonymous. "No actually, as his guardian I give the ok for when he's able to inherit these abilities" "But it's not like I will grant full access. Just a little, taste, if you will" the two went back and forth arguing. Cecil finally spoke up "Stop it both of you! Anon, do you not trust me enough? Have I not shown that I am fully capable and responsible?" "It's not you Cecil, it's the fact that the Circumspectionem isn't supposed to ask for anything in return and I frankly don't trust its behavior... I'm sorry but maybe this was a mistake." "Give it to me Circumspectionem... I'll fulfill whatever task you want. If this'll help the world I'll take whatever risk I must." Cecil spoke up with complete determination. Anonymous watched in disappointment as the giant eye began to glow immensely and shot out a beam of intense light into Cecil's eyes. His eyes appeared to be the exact same as before, but he now had a new ability to be able to see and create a few things at will. "Now Cecil to activate your newly gifted abilities, you must cross your fingers, and touch your thumbs and index fingers together and form a triangle, then simply put the triangle up to your eye and merely focus on what you want to do. Your right eye is the eye you'll use for now as that is the eye that controls creation" Circumspectionem instructed. "Like...This?" Cecil practiced as he was told and lifted his hands to his right eye. "Yes precisely".

Cecil began concentrating deeply and in a matter of seconds an apple appeared out of nowhere. "Ha! Yes! I did it!" Cecil cheered. Shortly after another apple appeared, then another, several came rapidly. "Ahh! How do I make them stop coming? My hands aren't even up to my eye anymore" "Stop concentrating, you must clear your thoughts!" Circumspectionem informed him. Cecil closed his eyes to better focus himself and eventually the apples stopped showing up. As he opened his eyes he knew he had succeeded. "This is amazing! Just think of the possibilities! But...What do I do about your payment?" As Cecil asked Anonymous just hung his head in shame knowing any words of his would be futile. "Oh yes the payment... Don't worry about that right now. Eventually you'll pay me back without even knowing it." "Umm... Alright, Come on Anon I want to go out and about and try to help someone with them" Cecil began to walk back the way they originally came. Anonymous slowly followed behind, but took one last look at Circumspectionem and thought to himself "What exactly are you planning?"
