This is the story of how it all started

Soul match makers, came from a powerful tribe or family that possesses powers, not only they saw the red string of faith. But some of them, can also see the past, the future and some of them can also control person's mind.

The head of the family Choi Soobin, wants  the power on their land. So he control the mind of the king of there land and became king himself (Note: in the old times, their are kings in every land. The most powerful was the emperor)

All the other members of the family oppose to him. Because they don't need their power. They are good living a peaceful life as a match makers.

But Soobin, didn't stop. He grab the opportunity, when he went to the king. He control him. Then he said handed him the throne and then kill him self.

Kim Jennie, a very powerful skilled member that oppose soobin for being cruel.
She watch as the queen felt on the floor sobbing. Holding her 2 year daughter in her arms. She was walking his dead husband, the emperor who, stab himself infront of his own people. It was all Soobin plan to put a tragic ending to the emperor.

The empress was still crying and embracing his husband, when Jennie came to her rescue. She help her get up. And shouted.

"Enough Soobin, enough this foolishness. Where done here. Me and my family will leave this.
We don't want to suffer in your grasped. Take it all. Take this kindom with you" Jennie said. Soobin shae his head and  smile.

"Oh! Really. Go ahead. Leave this land and never return. If you return. I will end you all" said soobin with his stern voice.

"Who wants to join, this women, with no power and will surely die out of this walls." Soobin mock Jennie.

Some of the people raise their hands and some of them don't.

Jennie and his family move together with the empress and some followers.
They begun their journey, they were casted on the different country. That we knew China today.

Jennie and the others started to make a new life, in this country that unknown to them. She gathered all the match makers and build a sacred temple where they do their match makings.

The queen and her daughter, made their own way seperated from the Kim's household. No one knows what happened to them.

As for the Kim's Clan, their life change as they became wealthy because of their powers of match making. They begun to become greedy for wealth just like Choi Soobin. They married their own siblings and cousins just for their power to stay on their own family.

Their clan became stronger. After their research. They notice that only 2 person in every population have the strong match making abilities, they can see the red string and they can sense it even if they were blind folded.

Centuries has past. Xian and Sana was born they were actually second cousin's.
Their where the two chosen to have a strong power of match making. That's why they have high hopes that their offspring will have the most power as well. But they were wrong.

Because taehyung failed his exam. As a 7 year old Taehyung should atleat see the red string. But instead he saw the man past as he hold his hands. Taehyung saw that this man is already married, he thought that his wife is the one. But it's not. That's why he broke up with his wife to find his match. Taehyung told everyone about this. But they didn't listen. Instead the leader cast them away. The plan is just to get rid of Taehyung. But Jisoo help his sister, that's why they end up leaving China. And go back to their home land.

Sana told Taehyung a little bit about how to match and find the red string.

First they will feel the presence of the string. I should be a long red string that is going to a direction. If the string is been cut. It means that your soulmate is dead.

Then after the two soul mates saw each other. Their eyes will be color red for male and blue for women.
(In taejin case, seokjin will have the blue eyes)

Then they will feel euphoric feeling. And feel satisfy that they found the one.
