CHAPTER VI

*In the dinning room

"Good morning" said Elleanor in her smile.
"Good morning, my princess." said Queen Arcelle.

Princess Elleanor sits down and takes her food.

"How the condition of our traditional market, Elleanor ?" said King Dalbert.

Princess Elleanor little bit surprised by the question

"Everything is good, the sellers are happy because their revenue is increasing every single day." said Elleanor lying.

"That's good, today Prince Arvand will come here for talking about your wedding, yesterday you are not in here, so he's back." said King Dalbert while looking at Elleanor.
" I've said many times that I don't want to marry him, dad. They have evil intentions to destroy us, please believe me !!" said Elleanor.
" Don't dare to say those words anymore !!! They are a good people, I've known they well !!" said King Dalbert in angry tone.
" But, I .... " said Elleanor cut off.
" You could be imprisoned slandering a king with hoax news!! Shut up !!" said King Dalbert angry.

Princess Elleanor left the dining table and went to her bedroom

"Elleanor ... " said Queen Arcelle, she wanted to follow Elleanor to her bedroom but was restrained by King Dalbert.
" Don't dare to catch up her, let her go." said King Dalbert.

* Princess Eleanor's bedroom

" Why ?? Why ? No one here believe me !! " said Elleanor in teary eyes.
"I can't stand all this, if I marry with Prince Arvand then i'm tantamount to endangering this family and kingdom, I better get out of here now before everything is happen." she said while she took some clothes and wrapped them in a big cloth.
Princess Elleanor escapes from the palace by sneaking and disguised from the guards. She went on his horse to the lake where she and varon had promised to meet there.

* In the lake

Princess Elleanor got off his horse and saw varon standing gazing at the flowers near the lake.

"Varon ... !!" Elleanod screaming and raised her hand.

Varon quickly turn his head to Elleanor, and walk towards Elleanor.

"Hi Elleanor, how are you ?" said Varon in smile.
"Hi Varon, I'm good, thanks." she replied.
"What do you carry on your horse ?" said Varon while looking at that package.
"That's some of my dresses and clothes. I don't want to go back there again, I can't stand all this." said Elleanor in sad tone.
" Are you serious ? Are you really sure about your decision ??" said Varon curious.
"Yes, I'm serious and I'm sure with my decision." said Elleanor firmly.
"Alright, If you want you can stay with me at my house." said Varon confuse.
"Yes, I also think like that. Can I stay with you at you house for a while ?" said Elleanor.
"Of course, Let's go to my house." said Varon in smile.

They are headed to Varon's house.
10 minutes later they arrived

* Varon house

"This is my house, actually this is a small hut not a proper house. I'm sorry if you don't like it." said Varon.
"What are you talking about ?? This is so beautiful, do you plants these flowers by yourself ?" said Elleanor while touching the flowers.
"Yes, I do." said Varon.
" Come in i will bring your package." said Varon while walking towards Elleanor's horse.

They spend their time together until nightfall.
They make a bonfires to warm their bodies on that cold night. Varon sits next to Elleanor.

"This is to warm you." Varon puts a blanket over Elleanor's body so she doesn't get cold.
"Ah.. thank you." said Elleanor while said putting her hand near the bonfire.
"Give me your hands." said Varon.

Then Elleanor give him her hands, Varon holds Elleanor's hand, rubs it and blows it so that Elleanor doesn't get cold.

"Thank you ... " said Elleanor while starring at Varon.
" You're welcome " said Varon in smile.

Elleanor feel sleepy until she's fell asleep in Varon's shoulder.

"Have you fallen asleep ?" said Varon while looking at Elleanor, but she doesn't reply.
Varon just smile and carry her in a small bed.

"Have a good sleep." said Varon.

Varon sleeps on a lounger near the door, because he only has one bed.

* Next day

Elleanor wakes up from her sleep and she was surprised because she was already in bed. She looking for Varon and find him in while burning sweet potatoes.

"Good morning, Varon. Is that sweet potatoes ?" said Elleanor.
"Good morning, Elleanor. So, you already wake up. Yes, it is. Do you like it ?" said Varon.
"Yes, I really like it." said Elleanor.
"It's done. Follow me." said Varon while walking and Elleanor following him.
"Sit down here. Let's eat it." said Varon while give her a sweet potato.
"Wow the view is just amazing !!" said Elleanor speechless.
"Yes, the sunrise is amazing here." said Varon.

They are enjoy the sunrise together while eating the sweet potatoes.

The days continued to change, until it didn't feel like it had been a week since Princess Elleanor had left the palace.
Elleanor and Varon spent time together by joking and laughing. They are realize that they love each other, but they don't dare to express it yet.

* At night

Elleanor leaned her had in Baron's shoulder and they are gazing at a very beautiful star.

"Elleanor .... , I want to say something." said Varon.
"Yes, just say it." said Elleanor.
"I'm sorry if you don't like it, but .... I love you. I really really love you." said Varon in nervous.

They are starring at each other

"M-me too ... , I love you so much, Varon." said Elleanor in nervous.
" Are you serious ? Why do you love an ugly man like me ?" said Varon.
"Then, Why do you love an ugly girl like me ?" said Elleanor.
"Love doesn't all have to be judged about good looks or beauty, but the most important are traits and behaviors." said Elleanor in smile.
"Yes, you're right." said Varon.

Suddenly Varon's face slowly turned into a handsome like before. It is make Elleanor shocked.

"Your face changed, Varon !!" said Elleanor in disbelief.
"W-what ??" said Varon, then he immediately took the mirror.
"My face ..., my face is turned like before, Elleanor !!" said Varon while smile widely.
"Really ??? I can't believe this." said Elleanor.
"My mother once said that if someone is exposed to magic until his face turns ugly, then that person's face will only be able to change as before if he has found true love." said Elleanor.
"It means that you're my true love." said Varon while holding Eleanor's cheeks.

Then they are hug to each other.

"Actually, I also have a secret." said Elleanor.
"What is that ? let me know." said Varon.

Elleanor tell everything about why she is ugly, she tell about the magic in her body.

"..... , I can return my face to the way it was, and I can return it for a while. Only my mother who can return it forever." said Elleanor.
" I want to see it, let me see it for a while." said Varon.

Then, Elleanor return her face to the way it was for a while.

"I can't believe my eyes..., you're so beautiful, Elleanor." said Varon in disbelief.
"You too, Varon. You're so handsome." said Elleanor.

15 minutes later

Eleanor's face return to an ugly girl like before.

"Don't ever to leave me" said Varon while hugging Elleanor.
"I never leave you, I said that I just wanted to stay for a while in here, but now I want to stay with you forever in here. I love you.. " said Elleanor.
"I love you too.., Elleanor." said Varon
