*MILD GXB SMUT*
Vittoria grunted as she hauled her bag onto her shoulder, wincing slightly when her hand grazed the burn on her chest. The strawberries she enjoyed earlier still fresh on her tongue.
It had been a month since the big fire that destroyed their house. And killed Alessandro.
Vincenzo had woken up a week before in a . . . peculiar way.
"Hey bro." Emelio greeted to the unresponsive boy.
"So Ale is - uh dead." He informed him, pulling up a chair next to his bed.
"The house burnt down a-and Wesley is on our ass." Emelio groaned rubbing a hand over his slight stubble he had been sporting.
"Also, and you're gonna laugh at this one." He nervously started "Vittoria kinda sorta got hurt in the fire and is in a medically induced coma." He shut his eyes, waiting for any retaliation from the boy.
He re-opened his eyes and sighed.
"Yeah like that was gonna wake him up." He scoffed at himself and stood back up.Though the rapid beeping behind him forced his body back around.
Vincenzo (in all his glory) had started moving, his breathing picking up.
Nurses flooded the room in instant and crowded his bed, but he deliriously (and shakily) stood up, pushing them out of the way.
He stumbled over to Emelio and gripped his white dress shirt.
"Take me to my sister." He gritted out, ignoring the doctors behind him.
"Woah, okay maybe you should lay down-"
"Take me to my sister. NOW." Vincenzo demanded and Emelio immediately assisted the boy to his sisters room.
Once inside the room Vincenzo forced his feet to move, making no move to acknowledge the burning feeling in his shoulder.
He laid a cold hand on his sister's cheek and frowned at her pale complexion.
He glanced around for a second and paid no mind to the man in the full parking lot, eerily glaring at the fully awake boy.
Vittoria smiled thinly at her twin, linking arms with him as they left the hospital.
"So you just had to go and get fried?" Vincenzo complained following the girl.
"It's not my fault there was a bomb in our room." She exclaimed waving her arms around.
"Yeah sure." He scoffed playfully before giving her a smile wrapping his arm around her arm.
"But did you at least save my shoes?" He pleaded turning to her.
"Uh I was kinda on fire." She countered.
"Well what did you save?" He asked again.
"This." She reached into her pocket and pulled out the polaroid handing it over.
"Holy shit, I remember this!" He laughed excitedly. Scanning it.
"Killian was like fifty shades of red after this." He informed her bumping her shoulder suggestively.
"Yeah, yeah." She rolled her eyes.
Vincenzo glanced at the girl and his face softened.
"When are you gonna tell him you love him?" He blurted out, making her whip towards him.
