Looking around the room I decided that it in itself wasn't big enough for me to even fit a bed in, so I was going to have to make it bigger. But I quite liked the feel of the room that was currently there.

I'd have to think about how to change the size without the feel, but first I needed to gather some supplies for my new home. Just to start with, I was going to need some wood for the braziers, and some matches to light it with.

You see, the best thing about being who I am us the shadow travel. I can go from any where in the world to any other place as long as there were shadows because all darkness was connected. However, the further I went the more tired I became, so I decided to stick local.

I shadow traveled to a near by store that had camping supplies. I emerged from the shadow at the back of the store and was thankful that no one was here to see. I would rather not know how a mortal who is blinded by the mist would react to me, because I knew it wouldn't be a good reaction. I walked through the store until I found the fire making section, and I discreetly picked up some matches, fire starter blocks, and some sticks that the packet claimed had been dried for at least two years before being packaged and sold.

Well, this pack wouldn't really be getting sold, I thought as I trudged back to the shadows and returned to the crypt on Temple Hill.

Now I thought about it, it probably showed some disrespect to live in Pluto's shrine, but I didn't care. No one had been in there in years, at least I would be honouring Pluto with my presence in his shrine.

I suddenly came over quite tired from the shadow travel, and decided to take a quick nap. Perhaps that store was further away than I thought.

As I was trying to get to sleep, I thought about ways to make the crypt bigger, but not ruin the atmosphere around the alter.

I suddenly had an idea, and became so fixated on it I couldn't sleep. Even though my body was physically tired, my mind was like it just woke up. Perhaps I should do the thinking and let someone else do the physical work.

My plan for the crypt was to find the darkest corner and dig a tunnel from there, back into the hill side a little. After that, I would hollow out a room which I would live in. It would be perfect. Now I just needed the construction crew.

I felt I had just enough energy left for this so I decided to do it carefully.

I stuck my sword into the ground and let my energy flow through it. It felt much easier to do this here that anywhere else. It was probably because it was sacred. Then after a few seconds, I felt them coming to the surface.

I closed my eyes and concentrated.

I waited another moment.

When I opened my eyes, there were five skeletons standing in front of me. Four had shovels and the other had a wheelbarrow. I was a bit surprised because I had only tried for two, and I only felt slightly tired, like I had only summoned two. Perhaps it was the fact I was in this shrine.

I was glad anyway, and quickly set them to work. See thing thing about skeletons is that if you get the good ones, they can follow your orders perfectly. So I told them the dimensions I thought would be good, and watched them work.

I started to think about decorations. I was going to get a picture with my sister put up on the wall, and possibly a wardrobe for that stupid toga, in the back part. And the front..... I decided that I should probably light the braziers before I made any lasting decisions.

So I set to work. I cleaned out the braziers and filled them with wood and put the fire starters at the bottom. Then I used two or three matches in each one and lit them at the bottom.

After a few moments, the fires started to get going and I could take in what the room looked like.

It looked great, with cobwebs in the corners, but none were on the alter, like it had an invisible bubble around it.

Just then the skeleton with the wheel barrow came through. I had no idea where it was taking the dirt and I didn't really care.

I went to check on the progress the others had made while I lit the fires. The first thing I noticed was that the corridor was already very long as I requested. I continued to walk down it until it opened into a room that was three metres by four metres as I had requested.

The only imperfection was that the far corner of the room was still being dug, but my skeleton crew made fast work of it, and before I knew it they were done.

After removing the dirt, they lined up in front of me. I thanked them, and then snapped my fingers. They all sank back into the floor but one who left their bones, but without structure. This would be perfect for the alter I thought, and so I scooped them up and took them back to the front room.

I could have also done with some more jewels, but I wasn't comfortable with stealing them when I couldn't afford them anyway. I would have to make do with just bones for now.

I though about the other room. I would need a bed, a wardrobe and corkboard for pictures, as I thought before. I would shadow travel to get them, but right now I was too tired, so I decided to go outside.

I noticed that the sun was low in the sky and realised that if I didn't go soon, I would be late for dinner, so I rushed off away from Temple Hill.
