Lilith's p.o.v

My eyes slowly opened and I was in a dark room with a bright light shining down at me. It brought back memories. Bad ones.

I gasp, quickly standing up.

"Hey! Hey! You're okay.." Brooke smiles.

I look around and I was in Bruce's lab. I let out a sigh, running my hand through my hair.

"Look at me.." She holds my face and makes me look at her. "You're okay, it's just me and you." She kisses my forehead, hugging me.

I hug her back, resting my head on her shoulder.

"Daisy has been asking about you, although she has been walking into Bucky's and Loki's room thinking it's hers." She chuckles slightly.

I found it hard to talk.

"H-how...long..?" I clear my throat.

"Have you been out? A week."

My eyes widen slightly, looking at her. She nods and I sigh, resting my head on her shoulder.

"Shower." I stand up and walk to her room.

She follows behind me and the others were sat down on the couch with Daisy. Morgan, Dad and Pepper were here and Daisy and Morgan were playing.

"Hey! You're awake!" Bucky smiles.

I smile slightly and go to Brooke's room. I heard the conversation they were having.

"Is she okay?" Loki questions.

"She's not talking." Brooke sighs. "She gives one word answers."

"Did you run tests on her?" Dad furrows his eyebrows.

"Yeah, she has some new powers..- but there was a lot of signs of trauma and she had cuts and bruises all over arms and legs..- she also had whiplashes on her back- I had to sew them up." Bruce explains.

I drift away from the conversation and I walk to Brooke's bathroom. I look in the mirror and gasp. I look horrible.

I was covered in my own dried blood, my hair was brown! My under eyes were black and the whites of my eyes were red. I look down at my hands which were blood and bruised. I had bruises all on my face and a huge cut on my forehead along with a scar which went from the top of my eyebrow to my cheek.

I sigh and strip before turning the shower on hot. I step in and my back instantly burned. I hiss in pain, jerking my body forwards before turning to face the shower head. I put my head under it and watch as the water turns red and runs down the drain. I take a deep breath and stepped under it again. The pain turned bearable after awhile, which was pretty convenient.

I rub shampoo on my scalp, massaging it in. I felt good and my hair felt lighter. I conditioned it well before carefully scrubbing my body. I turn the shower off once all the soap had washed away and wrapped a white towel around me. I wrap my hair in a towel and grab some underwear from Brooke's drawer. I didn't find an actual bra that fit me so I just went for a sports bra instead. I pull on leggings and an oversized sweatshirt before drying my hair and brushing it through.

It went back to its usual shiny and silky silver colour. I dabbed the blood away from the cut on my forehead before walking out to the room, my clothes bunched in my hand. I walk out and put them in the washing machine, turning it on.

I turned around and saw Holly and Jackson. I smile, running over to them and hugging them both. They hug me back.

"Oh my God- are you okay?!" Holly gasps.

I nod.

"You're not talking- that's not like you..is everything okay?" Jackson frowns.

I clear my throat. I opened my mouth to say something but just thought 'forget it'. So instead I give a simple nod.

"Tired." I shrug.

"Okay...well give us a call if you're feeling better.." Holly smiles, giving me a another hug.

I nod.

"We have to go but I'll see you soon." Jackson smiles, hugging me back.

I watch them leave before going back to Brooke's room, but to do that I have to walk past the others.

"Do you want something to eat?" Wanda smiles.

I shake my head.

"Not even a poptart.." Thor frowns.

I shake my head.

"Nothing?...At all?" Bucky bites his lip anxiously.

I shake my head.

"You look tired.." Daisy pulls herself up. "..let me read you a bedtime story!" She giggles, holding my hand. I smile slightly and lead the way to Brooke's bedroom.

I lie down and she sits besides me.

"Once upon a time, there was a princess...called- urm.." She looks through her book, finding the story I wrote for her. "D-da- no! Lilith!" She giggles. "Lilith was a very...p-pretty princess! And she lived in a big castle! She never was allowed to leave but she jumped out the windows all the time-" She starts to ramble on with her own story. "The end!"

I chuckle slightly.

"Now go to sleep!" She plants a kiss on my forehead before leaving.

Brooke's p.o.v

Daisy took Lilith to my room. I'm sure she strongly disliked children..I wonder what changed.

"We need to get her to eat something! She's all skin and bones.." Bruce inhales sharply.

"Give her time. She just woke up after being out for a week and she's been gone for almost three months now. Let her adjust." Pietro folds his arms.

I glance at Tony. As much as I hate him I have to bite my tongue.

"Why are you here?" Loki scoffs.

I guess he's saying what I can't.

"Because she's my daughter!" Tony rolls his eyes.

"You didn't seem to care when you kicked her out." I mumble, leaning back.

"Yeah- I know that was a mistake.." Tony frowns.

"You fucked up, Tony. Big time." Mom runs her hand through her hair.

Daisy comes back in the room, looking around.

"Hi! I'm Daisy!" She giggles.

"Hi." I smile.

She looks through her book.

"I have your names in here!" She smiles warmly.

I chuckle and pull her on the couch.

"Did you put Lilith to sleep?" Wanda leans forward.

She frowns. "She's sad! My story didn't cheer her up very much. She started to cry!"

"Oh-" Loki frowns.

"I think she wants you." Daisy looks at me.

I walk to my room and Lilith was sat up, her head in her hands.

"Hey.." I say softly as I close the door. I climb on my bed and sit in front of her.

She looks up at me with her tear soaked cheeks and hugs me. I hug her back and lay down, with her head in my neck.

"You're okay my love." I whisper, running my fingers up and down her spine gently.

"I missed you, so fucking much.." She mumbles.

"I missed you too, so fucking much.." I sigh.
