House Bonding

It was 1 am. Most of the Challengers were already fast asleep to rest their bodies and minds for their upcoming challenge that was going to be happening the following day.

Some of the other Challengers were still wide awake. To them, 1 am was way too early to be asleep.

"This is the only time I feel comfortable at the pool." said AJL as she and Jeff were seen stepping into the hot tub.

"How come?"he replied.

"Because its dark. There's nobody around. Its peaceful. During the day the poor pool cant seem to catch a break. This is the only time its empty."

"You really love being alone dont you?"

"Its not that I like being alone, its just that I dont enjoy being around people that I really dont like. And thats most of the people in this house. Except for you." she smiled.

He smiled back.

"What's so special about me?"he asked.

"I feel like you understand me more than anyone here does. I feel like...you dont judge me. When im around you, I feel like I can be myself."

"And you know thats one hundred percent true. I'll never judge you."he said as he put his arm around her.

She nodded, "I know."

The two spent some seconds staring into each other's eyes before Jeff leaned in and kissed her.

VC-Jeff-Yea things between AJ and I are getting pretty intense. A lot more intense that I anticipated it would get. This was never meant to happen but the more we hangout the bigger the snowball gets. She sure knows how to catch a guy.

As AJ and Jeff were spending time together in the hot tub, Punk was looking at them through the window. Luckily, when he arrived at the window he had just missed the kiss.

VC-CM Punk-I get up to use the bathroom and who do I see outside in the pool? AJ and this guy Jeff. Now I realize why she's being so distant. I know AJ's history so to say that im caught off guard by this would be a lie. It was bound to happen at some point. If ive said it once, ive said it a thousand times, AJ flocks to any guy that shows her a bit of attention.

"I'll deal with this in the morning." Punk said as he headed back to his room.

Later On That Day

"So, I was gonna pretend that I didnt see you and that guy Jeff in the pool last night but...I got questions." Punk said to AJL as the two were having coffee.

"Were you stalking me?"she asked.

"Maybe I was. Thats the only way i'll get to see you because I feel like you've been avoiding me."

"Avoiding you? No, you've just been too busy causing chaos in the house."

"Anyway, what's going on with you and Jeff?"

"He's a friend. Since we got here we've been hanging out. He's like one of the few people I talk to in the house."

"Its kind of odd to take your friend into the hot tub at 1 am in the morning to talk dont ya think?"

"You just got here. Why are you being like this?"

"Because this whole thing seems so fishy to me. Look-im sorry im bombarding you with questions but...all I want is the truth."

"The truth is that Jeff and I are just friends. Thats it."

Punk took a few seconds to process her words before he sighed and said, "Alright. I believe you."
