I couldn't stop thinking about her. Ever since I handed her that bracelet I couldn't stop thinking about the twinkle in her eye. I had been looking for her since the moment I got off the stage but I kept being interrupted by tons of girls asking for pictures. Did she really not have any idea of who I am? Maybe she was just kidding or was too shy to say anything when we were at the snack bar.
I caught a glimpse of her out of the corner of my eye. She seemed uncomfortable and was hiding behind two girls who were crying their eyes out. I made my way over to her.
"Hi girls!" I said sweetly as I walked up to them. They screamed and started to jump up and down.
"Oh em gee Grace!" the blonde girl yelled as she grabbed onto her friend.
"Lil, this is the best day of my life!" Grace yelled. "Taylor, I love you so much!"
My newly found friend glanced up at me and smiled shyly. "How about a picture?"
Grace and the blonde handed her their phones. "Logan, stop being useless and take pictures for us."
Logan. Her name seemed to fit her perfectly. She grabbed the phones and snapped away as the girls threw their arms around me. They were giggly and clinging to me hard. I was slightly annoyed.
"Logan, would you like a picture, too?" I asked, pretending not to know her.
"Oh," she started, her cheeks turning red. "Sure. Lilli, could you take the picture?"
Logan handed Lilli the phone and walked over to me. "Ready to smile?" I asked her.
"Mhm," she said as she looked up at me. We both looked towards the camera.
"Say cheese!" Lilli exclaimed. We both smiled and the flash went off.
"Ew, Loge, you blinked. Let's take one more," she said as we got back into position.
I looked down at her and sighed. She was so beautiful. "Say cheese!"
"Cheeeeese!" she said as she giggled. I leaned in to kiss her cheek. "Surprise!" I yelled. She turned to face me, startled.
Our lips collided as the flash went off.
