Both of them have their jaws dropped.
Asad looked around if there is anyone with that old man.

"Are we caught?" Sanjana worried.

Shivers ran down their spine.

"I know your secret, I swear on God, I won't tell that to anyone! Help me!" He cried.

Asad is trembling as he opened the door.

The older man looked like he is from an affluent family. He is wearing a gold chain, bracelet, branded watch, and protecting a bag from rain.

"Can I use a room? "He asked.

"Yeah!" Sanjana said, giving him water to drink.

He freshened up. Changed his clothes. And came outside as they waited for him standing mum, holding each other's  hands tightly.

"Sorry to bother you this time. Please go to bed!" He said, heading to bed.

Asad and Sanjana are still pondering if it's a dream. They couldn't sleep.

“Sorry to bother to you in odd hours. I'm Rao, a business man. I have no kids. My relatives are after my properties. They are conspiring my murder. I had to run away." Mr. Rao sighed. He looked little depressed the morning

“ But how do you know me?" Sanjana asked.

“ Your brother is my loyal employee. He suggested me to reach this house." Rao made Asad and Sanjana thunderstruck.

“ Don't worry. He said your existence is to be kept a secret. " Rao added gobbling down the break fast.

“ Does Kabir  know about us?" Asad is sweating profusely. His phone is buzzing, as he has to be in school by that time.

“ Asad, Kabir asked you to give this letter!" Joseph knocked on the door again.

Sanjana hid behind the curtain as Asad collected the letter.

“ You needn't panic." Rao smiled.

“ Dear Sanjana, you know your brother loves you more than anything and anyone. I saw you sneaking out from home on  festival night last year. I know you are married to Asad and that you are together.  All I want is your happiness. I never tried to contact you as it could land you both in trouble. I exactly don't know why you and Asad aren't moving out of this village yet. Please take care of Mr. Rao as long as he is with you, it will help you to have a better life.

- Kabir." Sanjana read out.

“  My God!" Asad whispered.

“ Kabir never does anything without a strong motto. If he is risking by sending Rao to our home, that meant Mr.Rao is very crucial." Sanjana said after rereading the last line.

Asad and Sanjana decoded what Kabir meant.

“ He wants you to make him feel at home. To be frank he wants us do something so that he shows us a path to escape from here." Sanajana said.

“ I wish I had children. But I wasn't blessed with one. My wife passed away a few years ago." Rao gasped, he is very upset.

“ I understand how it feels to get departed from family!" Sanjana consoled him.

Asad took  leave from school that day.
He just sticked to Sanjana like glue, as he suspects Mr. Rao.

“ Call me immediately in case of emergency! Keep this knife and pepper spray with you." He kissed  her forehead and  left for school the next day morning.

As Asad had to lock the main door from outside, he fears if Rao is planted by Kabir to attack Sanjana, to avenge their secret marriage. Sanajana some how convinced him to leave for work. Of course it's because she blindly trusts Kabir.
