"Hey, Kyle? ..aren't you coming along with us?" Asks Iyo.
*Kyle looks back as he hiccups*
"Hmm? I haven't decided yet.. also, I need to get back to my friends, they are.. rather impatient guys. I'll see you later. Have fun guys." says Kyle with a large smile on his face.
*Iyo pouts*
"..Even though I looked forward to get to know you better as well.." Says Iyo sadly.
*Reki notices Iyo*
"No worries, it looks like Kyle's thinking about it. I do seriously doubt the fact that he won't show up!" Says Reki
"He's drunk as hell.. he'll probably have a hangover within a few hours and forget about it." says Kai unbothered.
"You really think so..? He'll.. forget about us..?" Asks Iyo awkwardly.
"Of course not..! Kai doesn't know what he's talking about." says Reki as he shows a fake smile.
"Besides, he told me that he hit his head when he was a child." Adds Reki.
"No. I just know how drunk people act, and how easily they tend to forget shit. So, he'll most likely forget." Says Kai before letting out a frustrated sigh.
"Is he okay..?" whispers Iyo.
*silence..*
*Reki taps Kai's shoulder and whispers;
"Hey. Snap out of it.. I don't know what you're trying to do, whether this is sarcasm or not. Stop."
"Did I sound sarcastic saying that? ..I'm sorry, but how can you say stuff like that about some random drunk guy? ..You barely even know him for an hour." Says Kai boldly.
"Kai..!" Reki says in shock.
"You have no idea in the slightest about how it feels to be abandoned by someone-" adds Kai recklessly as he cuts himself off.
*Iyo looks down and Kai quickly takes notice*
"Wait I-" says Kai.
"You're right.." says Iyo.
"I'm.. incredibly sorry about my behavior.." adds Iyo before moving to the front of them.
"What was all of that about..?" whispers Reki worriedly.
"Past situations.." admits Kai.
"Is that so..." says Reki before grabbing hold of Kai's right arm.
*Kai sighs as he puts his hands in his pockets*
"Is- is he tired of me..? Or does he not want me to hold onto his arm..? He does seem a bit down, but.. I never know how to act or what to say in situations like these.. yet, I can't just walk away without trying to cheer him up. I don't think I'd ever be able to forgive myself if I did." thinks Reki.
*Kai takes his phone out*
"So.. Luke and I have been planning this camping trip for about a little while now and.. since we found this many campers at once, it's going to be even more of a challenge all at once.. y'know." says Reki.
*silence..*
"Huh.. are you.. listening..? Ey.. Kai?" Says Reki as he pouts.
"Yea?" says Kai as he puts his phone back into his pocket
"Maybe.. I should leave him alone.. or.. do I still struggle to accept the fact that I never will be as mentally and physically strong as Luke." thinks Reki as he lets go of Kai's arm.
